Beachfront vacation rentals in Rome

What a fantastic apartment in a great location. The apartment was nicely furnished and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this Airbnb host.

Mi sono trovato molto bene, casa come da descrizione, Isabella è stata gentile e molto professionale. Se siete ad Ostia consiglio vivamente questo alloggio per una coppia, posizione ottimale.

Good location, right next to train station and you can walk to the beach in 15 minutes. Large market and good coffee 5 minutes away. Hosts were very kind in meeting us and providing a tour of the apartment. Well stocked and clean, good value for the money. Nice balcony to hang out on. Only issue is noise from the train and from shops downstairs, but close the windows and its not a problem. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper, since train operates from 6am to 10pm. Easy commute to Rome, if you want to go to the city.

The location is nice for the beach, plenty of restaurants but in May not much going on. For visiting Rome is a bit too far but doable by train. Host was helpful and quickly answered when we had questions. Bathroom is tiny and the same for kitchen but we spent very little time inside. Otherwise the place is clean and terrace is superb. Very happy with the stay, highly recommended. Martina was very helpful, very responsive, flat perfectly clean and close to all amenities, including travel to Rome . We received a welcome gift with the personal note, which was very welcoming. If we back to Ostia in a future, we’ll definitely stay here again ❤️

This was an incredible place with beautiful terrace with beach view to enjoy a relaxing day with some coffee. It felt like living with locals right in the neighborhood with great places to get some food and coffee. It was near all great things to go see.

Sehr ruhige und saubere Wohnung, modern ausgestattet. Fußläufig kann man Bahnhof, Strand erreichen. 20 min bis zum Flughafen. Schöne obere Terrasse mit Meerblick. Eigene Parkplatz vor dem Haustür. Sehr Empfehlenswert.

We loved staying in Anastasia’s apartment. It is very conveniently located in the walking distance to the beach, restaurants and the most delicious gelato place of the city. The apartment is beautiful, stylish and cozy. We loved gorgeous china, comfortable beds and cute balcony with the ocean view. Anastasia was very friendly and supportive. She gave us a lot of recommendations that made our visit to Lida di Ostia fantastic! We will stay there next year for sure!

Valéria a été une superbe hôte, toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Elle nous a donner toutes les informations nécessaires pour bous déplacer et visiter la ville et ses environs. Le logement avec sa grande terrasse et ses plantes est vraiment agréable le matin pour un petit déjeuner et le soir pour le dîner. Nous avons passé un super séjour et découvert des beaux endroits grâce aux conseils de Valéria. De plus,elle a été très compréhensible par rapport à notre arrivée tardive dû au retard de l'avion. Elle nous a accueilli à l'entrée de l'immeuble et a pris le temps de nous montrer tout le nécessaire dans l'appartement. Merci encore à elle.

Simone's communication was professional and prompt. He was friendly and helpful in recommending local amenities. The accommodation itself was nice and actually a bit more spacious than it appeared in the photos. 10 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to the train line was handy.

Appartamento ben arredato di tutte le comodità e la descrizione nell’annuncio rispetta la realtà. Un terrazzo grande con vista sulla piazza pedonale e il mare come sfondo è tutto quello che desideri per passare delle serate in perfetto relax! Nadia è un host empatico che mi ha accolto con calore facendomi sentire subito come a casa. Un soggiorno breve ma di reale impatto. Sicuramente tornerò in questa oasi di pace.

Interesting basement access. Kitchen was adequately furnished with several helpful items left by previous tenants.(oil, butter, water) Hosts presented us with a cake that was delicious! Showers are very small but bathrooms are adequate. Nice place!

Lovely apartment and location is great, it is close to shops and restaurants and walking distance to the beach! It was very clean and comfortable, and the host was very responsive and helpful! We hired a car to drive to Rome which was super easy, it was always easy to park on the road by the apartment! Would highly recommend!
