Beach house vacation rentals in Rome

Giulia and Ivan’s place was great ! Very clean and had all the amenities- for two adults and a child it was perfect! It was 2 blocks from the beach and well located to restaurants. The city center was a short drive with more options. Giulia’s local recommendations were amazing and we had a fabulous meal and gelato of course ! All in all a great stop over on our journey down to Amalfi.

Andrea gave us very clear and accurate directions to the apartment. We only stayed one night as we had a flight the next morning and the apartment was perfect for what we needed. A supermarket was just around the corner and restaurants in easy walking distance. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and modern. I can definitely recommend it for anyone needing somewhere to stay before their morning flight. The airport is nearby making it stress free for returning hire cars.

Our family had a wonderful stay here and really appreciated the host's flexibility and responsiveness. The location is amazing; a 30 second walk gets you to the lake, 2 minutes gets you to the local restaurants and shops. The house was spacious and comfortable and at an amazing value. I hope we can visit again!

The place was perfect clean and awesome but 2 B honest nothing wrong with the place but the area is not a place to enjoy ostia have no Uber and no famous restaurants nor Starbucks

Maurizio was a great host. He was very responsive, provided clear instructions for check-in, and some great recommendations for dinner and breakfast. He organized a taxi to bring us to the airport in the morning and came down immediately at 10pm to let us in after we accidentally broke his key in the gate. His place was very clean and had A/C, which we appreciated since it was very hot while we were there. The only complaints we have is that (1) the airport shuttle he advertised as being close by was actually a 30 minute walk away, and (2) before arriving, he sent dozens of messages regarding our stay (which was admittedly helpful but made it easy to lose crucial information like check-in instructions).

Very nice house. It was easy to get to Rome and to the beach. The host is very responsive and helpful. We got a nice welcome to the house with a little tour and everything we needed to know. Overall a great experience and I would recommend.

We stayed at Valentina's to facilitate our transfer to Fiumicino Airport. The apartment was totally in line with its description, close to the sea and supermarkets! Big + for the small snacks provided :) We highly recommend it!!

Flavio was absolutely amazing not only was his apartment clean and very well described, the proximity of the location to the airport made an early flight seem less. Additionally, the communication from Flavio was amazing ensuring an amazing experience for his guests. Finally, Flavio offered to drive us to the airport for nearly ~50% lower than any other taxi company. Great stay!

I only stayed in Ostia for one night, but Fabio's place was beautiful, so surely if I had to come back, I'll book his place again.

Clean, close to the beach, shop is like 2-3min away. Bus connections are close also. Arianna was always on the phone when we needed. Recommended!

Rosalia and her mom picked me up from the airport. I speak English, but Rosalia naf her mom were super helpful host and tried to communicate everything to me. The loft was better than the photos. I fell in love with it. It was clean and stocked with snacks! I would love to stay there again.

sonia's house is a small but complete apartment located in a quiet area of Ostia. Sonia is an excellent Host, which you would do in 4 to meet your needs. The friendly husband Furio is a real tour guide, he gave us a lot of useful tips and made himself available to keep the motorcycle in their gated parking lot, an added value. We really felt good with them and with them, highly recommended to everyone!

great place, well situated, good experience

This apartment in Fiumicino was fantastic! The walk-out patio with a clear river view was a highlight, offering a serene space despite being located on a lively street. It had just the right amount of room for our family of four, including two teenage girls, and though we didn’t use the kitchen, it was fully equipped and perfect for cooking enthusiasts. The location was unbeatable—surrounded by great bars, restaurants, shops and a small street market right outside. Even with the activity around us, the apartment felt private and secluded. The beach was only a 15-minute walk away, although the cooler April weather meant we didn’t spend much time there. Fiumicino itself was charming, and I’d recommend this apartment and the area to anyone visiting.

During our stay the place turned out to be very comfortable and clean over our expectations in terms of quality and comfort. The attention we received from the hosts was outstanding. highlighting their kindness and willingness to help us with everything we needed. In short, our experience was very positive and rewarding. We would like to recommend your space to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place.

Very clean and equipped place

VERY hospital hosts! They let me come with my cat, got me a cheap ride back to the airport for my flight early in the morning, and even took me to the supermarket to get some food! I would absolutely stay here again if I'm ever in the area.
