Vacation rentals with beach access in Rock

Spacious flat with absolutely beautiful view. Friendly and responsive hosts and lovely and clean place, with lots of space for our 4 person family. Parking space is a bonus and very convenient. Thanks for making my 40th birthday so special! We love this part of Newquay and have stayed at Crest Court (in various airbnbs) for 5 years now every May - it’s great.

We stayed in Lees other apartment across the landing previously. This place was almost identical in comfort and cleanliness, definitely stop in either of them again. The views must be some of the finest in Newquay. It overlooks Towan beach and is only a couple of minutes walk to town.

What an amazingly beautiful place to stay! Right on the beach, walking distance to cafe and local pub. Easy drive to other towns. The apartment was so lovely! We had the best stay and we are already looking to come back! Thank you

Julie is a wonderful host and a very kind human being. Her apartment shows how considerate she is. We found everything needed in the flat. Flat is very clean, tidy, good linens, balcony view with sound of the waves is outstanding. Bed is good for sleeping. Comfy sofa and other electric machines are fine. We cooked meals happily. Bathroom is nice and clean. Close to town centre and other beaches. Rooftop is nice. We stayed here for seven days. She even arranged for late check-in to help us to relax before catching our flight home. This holiday experience is so great!! We hope to visit again In sha Allah. Thank you Julie. We had a lovely week at James and Ceri's apartment. The location is great, the apartment is clean. Everything is just nice, we will stay again.

Wow just returned from a fantastic stay at A Stones Throw. The views were magnificent and we could look at them forever. The apartment was spacious and airy with all amenities to hand. It was the perfect location to celebrate our first wedding anniversary after getting married in Cornwall last year. The apartment is within walking distance of the beach and close to great restaurants and pubs including The Watering Hole on the beach where we watched a sunset. Situated on the coast path and within driving distance of many other towns. Hannah was very responsive and helpful. We also attended the local music festival on the beach whilst visiting. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend the accommodation. We miss the views already.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was perfectly fit for purpose as a family of 4 with an 8 year old and 5 year old. We had everything needed to cook on the first night and perfect opportunities to eat out on the others. There are so many beaches all within a close proximity. Absolutely great venue and the host was incredible. She was easily accessible prior to our arrival and very responsive. Couldn’t fault our stay

This place is lovely and just a few minutes away from a town centre. Great location as a base for further exploration! Easy to access, with very clear instruction and really friendly hosts! We stayed with our two dogs, so it was important for us to have a green space for morning walks nearby. I would definitley recommend :)

Looe is wonderful as was Jay & Martin’s amazing apartment . It had the most spectacular views , so much to see just sitting out on the balcony . Cannot fault the apartment in any way . Spotlessly clean and beautifully put together , everything you needed was at hand . We would definitely hope to return . Thank you both .

A blissful retreat, with absolutely stunning views. The Bothy is cozy and well kitted out, and the hosts are incredibly thoughtful.

We so enjoyed our stay at Butterchurn cottage. It was just as described and Louise was a great host.

“Little house”was in a great location for sightseeing and had a stunning view. Ben and Jemma were very friendly and helpful. My partner and I had a fantastic time with the gorgeous weather. Highly recommended to stay there!

An amazing find with a beautiful view of the sea, even from bed! Was super relaxing waking up with that view! We did wear sleep masks as it can get super bright but worth it for the views 🥰🥰 Everything we needed was available, and although no garden for doggos, there is plenty of areas for them to go out along the road, and near coastal path! Bed was SUPER comfy and the shower was amazing! Melinda was super helpful if we had a question and was so kind!

What an amazing home, amazing location, superb host- really quick to respond to my queries. Loved playing old LPs. Was a little nervous about sleeping in a day bed but was roomy and slept like a log. Bedding and pillows were fab, so comfy. I’m already looking at a booking this summer. Don’t waste time thinking about booking. Do it or it will be gone! Thanks Babs Neat & Andy Greaves

Stunning place with beautiful views and a short lovely walk into town. Very quiet with a beautiful main bedroom and balcony downstairs and upstairs. Helped with fantastic weather!

Great host who provided lots of local knowledge. The property was amazing with great views and very relaxing. Just what we needed.

The location is perfect. Train and busstation are in walking distance. The apartment and views are absolutely beautiful, you definitely pay for this though, personally I found it quite a bit pricey but it was worth it.

Chris communicated with me very well from the start, going above and beyond to make sure we knew everything we needed to know. The apt was perfectly located in Polperro. Being a little village with very narrow streets, your car won’t fit through some streets, so free private parking 10 mins walk away for the duration of our stay was most useful. The apt had everything we needed and all rooms were comfortable and warm. Plenty of reading material, lamps and instructions (better than not knowing how to work various devices). Definitely recommend The Lobster Pot for your Cornwall stay and Polperro is a perfect , traditional, fishing village.

Loved our stay at this apartment with stunning views of Fistral Beach! The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. Alex was friendly and helpful when messaging and always quick to respond. There’s so much to do either within walking distance or just a short drive away. Will definitely be staying here again!

We had a lovely stay. We received a message prior to check in with clear instructions, making check in hassle free. The place looked exactly like the photos. Everything was clean, comfortable, and tidy. A couple of personal stand outs for me was having a bed that smelled freshly laundered, and having things like cooking foil in the kitchen. There were a few little goodies left for us too, which was a nice touch. Thank you for everything 😊

Gorgeous little break away with amazing views and a very comfy bed! The property was everything we needed and included nice little touches such as fresh milk, local apple juice and cookies. We felt right at home, safe and throughly enjoyed the local area. Laura's artwork is also beautifully displayed throughout. Communication and instructions on how to get in where clear and precise. Highly recommend this lovely little place. We will be back 👍

Just back from an apartment in Newquay ‘ stunning sea view from Island View in Porth beach air b/b : Nigel was a great host throughout our stay ( only a telephone call away) Apartment was spotlee to a very high spec: Allocated parking space throughout stay : Beautiful walks along the coastline and never enough time to appreciate the areas beauty. Ample entertainment for children’s activities. Highly recommend. This for a lovely stay. Victor
