Great value option if you need to get into Oxford on the train. Pub on your doorstep and good local walks. Going outside to access the bathroom takes some getting used to and the need to plan ahead before going up to bed. Lovely garden with stunning views from the bedroom. Headroom in the bathroom is limited.

Bronwen is a fantastic host and a warm and friendly person who offers a perfect mix of helpfulness and respect for privacy. The accommodation was ideal for my needs working nearby. It was very quiet and peaceful, full of birdsong, and I felt extremely safe and secure.

Orchard Barn Spa is a peaceful retreat for those looking to escape the city. We stayed there with our four month old and Chris was very accommodating, providing a baby bath etc. It provides the perfect base to explore all that the new forest has to offer, has ample parking space, is very clean and sits in a private plot. Thanks again Chris for a great stay and for your great communication throughout our trip.

We had a lovely time at Sarah's place. It's as the photos suggest and is in a very peaceful surrounding. The barn is next to Sarah's family home, but the way it is oriented means you get plenty of privacy. Thank you for letting us in to your home. We all had a lovely quality time with friends.

We had the most magical stay at this stunning countryside home for a bachelorette celebration, hands down the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! The house is beautifully designed, warm, and had everything we could’ve needed and more. Set in the most picturesque spot, with rolling field views full of yellow flowers, it truly felt like the ultimate countryside escape. The open-plan kitchen and living area was perfect for our intimate dinner party, spacious yet cosy, and ideal for gathering as a group. Each bedroom had its own charm and was so comfortable and inviting. Outside, the garden was just as beautiful, and the hot tub was a total highlight! The attention to detail throughout the property made it feel really special, and the overall experience felt both luxurious and homely. Communication with the host was seamless and so helpful from start to finish. We’re already dreaming about our return!

A beautiful place to stay a short drive to Burford.

We had a really lovely stay, the place is gorgeous and the farm is surrounded by beautiful scenery. The shepherd’s hut itself was homely and peaceful - we had a lovely bbq out in the sun and our host Karen was great! Definitely would recommended - especially for those who like country walks and to be surrounded by greenery and wildlife!

Amazing 2 night stay!! Super easy to find and in a nice and private location with really good local food restaurants. The hut was clean and provided everything we needed to cook when we wanted to as well as a nice relaxing garden space where we could hear the local chickens, horses and sheep. Georgina also gave us some amazing recommendations which we made good use of during our stay!! Check In was super quick and easy! Short walk from a great pub / restaurant called the Fox at Oddington where we ate on our second night. Overall, great stay. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay in Bledington and Laura was a very friendly and responsive host. She even welcomed us with some milk which I found very thoughtful. The home was comfortable, quiet and a great location for exploring the Cotswolds. I really enjoyed the shower and having laundry available and the baby items and toys were SO convenient for our 15 month old. The bedding and towels felt high quality, but I must note the pillows were very flat and the bed hard. Overall, still a great stay that I recommend to other small families and couples.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Amanda was an exceptional host—warm, supportive, and incredibly thoughtful, even offering to pick me up from the train station. I was greeted with an amazing hamper filled with treats and essentials, a perfect welcome. The thatched cottage itself is stunning—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and full of character. Nestled in a quiet, secluded rural spot, it still manages to be just a stone’s throw from Swindon’s best attractions, making it the ideal balance of peaceful retreat and convenience. The kitchen is gorgeous, and the enclosed back area is a hidden gem—totally private and tranquil, complete with a teepee that added a lovely, unique touch. Great WiFi and full streaming services made relaxing in the evenings a breeze. This was a fantastic stay that gave me exactly what I needed: rest, comfort, and a few days of proper sleep in a beautiful setting. Thank you, Amanda, for everything 🥰

Absolutely gorgeous barn conversion in a stunning, peaceful location with views across fields and a lovely little farm shop on site. Cath was super friendly, warm, helpful and incredibly responsive from the very first point of enquiring. It’s a real gem this place and great value too. Whether you want to just switch off and enjoy the peace and quiet and views or you want to explore Warwick, Stratford and the Cotswolds is a special spot.

We had a great time staying in the barn for five nights. There was plenty to do - we visited some old favourites like Great Dixter and Sissinghurst, and explored fascinating Rye. The Woodcock pub is a wonderful find - friendly, quaint, great food , and we ate there twice. We thoroughly recommend Cajsa's place to stay.

Our stay was lovely! we arrived and had a seamless check-in and friendly welcome. The apartment was spotless, you had everything you needed at hand! from a fruit basket, milk, even a cake as it was my birthday! the attention to detail was insane! You also have a steam room - beautiful! The pool was so much fun! I can not swim so it was nice to have the pool to ourselves so my husband could show off and also pull me around the pool with my floats! The gardens were immaculate and stunning. The flowers were stunning and vibrant! You felt as though you were abroad! So lush and green. Then you have the hot tub, wonderful after stepping out of the sauna and walking through a corridor of lush green to get to the tub, bloody fantastic!! We even had our own bbq on our balcony where you could watch the sunset and beautiful sea views. It was an amazing getaway and I know we will return. Have been staying here for 5 years…currently petitioning Mark to build a family house so I can bring the kids : ) I really believe this type of host and property will save Airbnb. Nobody i know really uses Airbnb anymore because it’s too expensive and poorly run around the world. Hotels provide so much more value than Airbnb…unless you compare them to Mark’s properties. This is how it should be done⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We enjoyed our stay very much. Kitchen and living are very comfortable and the beds offered a refreshing sleep. It may take a while for the shower to be warm, but the bathroom was clean and complete. Great place to stay. Great atmosphere and a beautiful area to walk. Vanessa was very hospitable and helpful when needed.

Nice spot in the countryside, Gill was very helpful with extra requests that I had that made my stay and onward travels much easier!

Myself and 5 of my girlfriends spent the weekend at this cottage to celebrate a special occasion. The cottage is absolutely stunning. It is even better in person than in the photos (which is saying something!). It was clean and had all essential amenities, including shampoo / conditioner, towels. shower gel, tea bags, coffee, milk, the list goes on! It is tucked away and very quiet and peaceful which is just what we wanted. We were able to get into Brighton city centre easily using a local taxi service which is recommended by the hosts. We had everything we needed for a perfect weekend. Highly recommend! Thank you :)

I absolutely love this place, my favourite thing being the wild hares and deer munching their breakfast in the fields each morning. The walks and scenery are so tranquil. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfy and the whole place is lovely and spacious. Had a little problem while there and Lucy/Flora were very quick to respond and resolve it. Highly recommended.
