Beautiful house, everything new, top quality finishes, spacious, well-equipped and well-located. Larissa gave great tips for nearby restaurants! We had some unforeseen events with the shower and Wi-Fi, but Larissa promptly resolved them. Another point that we did not comment on with her, but is worth paying attention to, is the smell coming from the drains and sink, it is worth paying special attention, because it ends up being annoying. The rest was great!

The house is cute! It was super clean, fragrant and organized! Bed linen and blankets with a softener scent. The house is all well equipped and complete! Only three points to be observed: 1. The house is a duplex, the owners live upstairs and the yard/garage is shared. It was not a problem, as they made us feel super comfortable and, in addition, they even presented us with the company of a very cute little dog, Flea. 2. The driveway is very complicated for low cars, ours dragged the bottom every time we went in and out, even when empty. 3. The floor of the first part of the bathroom stall is extremely slippery, we put a floor cloth to step on when we entered and it was safer. These are observations that didn't change our great stay at the house at all! We'll be back for sure! Thank you so much for hosting, I hope we were good guests/neighbors.

Valeria was very attentive, always responded quickly with very objective instructions. The apartment is small, but very well ventilated, cozy and with a great view of the Paraíba do Sul river, AMAN and the mountains. Very well-equipped with smart TV, ceiling and portable fans. Kitchen with appliances, utensils and cleaning supplies. Clean bathroom and bedding.

It was good, the location is cool! It had everything that was informed in the announcement, available. It could only be clear the fact that it was on the fourth floor and had enough stairs to climb, this was a “difficulty” for us with a 2-year-old and my mother at 55 years old, with a spine problem. The living room is not large, the sofa is very old and there are 2 people sitting, we find it uncomfortable for a house that is rented for 6 people to stay. So who wants to "like" the house is not an advantage. The kitchen is minuscula, you can only use one person at a time, which made it difficult to make our meals there. We leave the recommendation to those who really want to go to sleep, take a bath and actually enjoy the trip away from home.

Ronaldo's apartment is in a very beautiful place, surrounded by green, close to the river. There is also a relaxing deck and a pool that my 10 year old daughter enjoyed a lot when we were not in some waterfall in the region. There are excellent options of restaurants a few meters away from the apartment that is right in the center of the village, at Alameda Gastronomica, but it is still super quiet at night, which allows a good sleep. The apartment has enough utensils for cooking and is also super well airy. We recommend!
