Juçaras refuge with the Alambari River in the backyard

Refúgio das Juçaras is a typical forest house, rustic, clean, cozy and surrounded by giant stones that make the land enchanted. The house is within an Environmental Protection Area, embedded in nature, including juçara palm trees, ferns and other beauties of the Atlantic Forest. At the bottom of the land passes the crystalline Alambari River, which separates our land from the Itatiaia National Park. The house is in a region close to the emerald wells of Serrinha. It's an enchanted place!

Perched high in the Santa Clara Valley, Bucólico Anônimo is a chalet for those seeking peace and quiet in the midst of nature. Designed with care, it combines comfort and practicality, with a balcony and mountain views — perfect for taking a deep breath, enjoying a leisurely cup of coffee, and savoring the quiet. The Manacá da Serra chalet is also located in the same area. Despite this, each unit has its own clearly defined entrance and area, ensuring privacy during the stay.

3000 m2 site surrounded by an Atlantic Forest in a protected area. The main house is a modernist chalet designed in 1962 by architect and artist Levy Menezes (1922-1991). The property is within the Itatiaia National Park. To access Guapuruvu Residency, you must identify yourself at the Park entrance as a residential visitor. Space not suitable for children and the elderly. Pets are not permitted in the Park. Satellite Internet.
