We also have on the property: swimming pool, private stream, sauna, fireplace, barbecue, pizza oven, chalet kitchen with wood stove and a large veranda. It is located in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, with lots of greenery, birds and a stream. We are close to the main waterfalls of Penedo. At the same time, it is close to good restaurants and a supermarket. Ideal for hosting families and groups.

Refúgio das Juçaras is a typical forest house, rustic, clean, cozy and surrounded by giant stones that make the land enchanted. The house is within an Environmental Protection Area, embedded in nature, including juçara palm trees, ferns and other beauties of the Atlantic Forest. At the bottom of the land passes the crystalline Alambari River, which separates our land from the Itatiaia National Park. The house is in a region close to the emerald wells of Serrinha. It's an enchanted place!

The house has gas-heated water, hydro, a fireplace, smart TV, private barbecue and a full kitchen. The property has 5 independent cottages, designed and arranged to ensure everyone's privacy. We have a common area with a sauna, outdoor hot tub, fire pit and billiards that can be used exclusively by appointment made on site.
