Spacious house with an entire glass front, making it possible to see a wonderful sunset every day from the living room. All the rooms in the house overlook the mountains. Modernist Chalet in the middle of the Forest

3000 m2 site surrounded by an Atlantic Forest in a protected area. The main house is a modernist chalet designed in 1962 by architect and artist Levy Menezes (1922-1991). The property is within the Itatiaia National Park. To access Guapuruvu Residency, you must identify yourself at the Park entrance as a residential visitor. Space not suitable for children and the elderly. Pets are not permitted in the Park. Satellite Internet.
