At the bottom of the land passes the crystalline Alambari River, which separates our land from the Itatiaia National Park. The house is in a region close to the emerald wells of Serrinha. It's an enchanted place!

The property is within the Itatiaia National Park. To access Guapuruvu Residency, you must identify yourself at the Park entrance as a residential visitor. We are at an altitude of 1,760 meters, in Mantiqueira National Park. Itamonte is in the south of Minas Gerais at the top of Serra da Mantiqueira. Our property is 25 km away from the center of Itamonte (12 km of asphalt plus 13 km of dirt road). In rainy periods (SUMMER) inquire in advance about the DIRT ROAD CONDITIONS and the weather forecast. We accept small to medium-sized dogs that ARE NOT PUPPIES.
