Great for those looking for nature and privacy. The house is perfect, full of decorative details and fulfills everything you need for a comfortable weekend. The hot tub is a must, we also used the wood stove, a delightful place! Getting there is a challenge, but it's worth it! I went with a TCross and we arrived safely

Our stay was perfect. We had a problem with the date due to an unforeseen event with my husband and we were able to change it and go the following week that we had booked. The place is very spacious, clean, pleasant. It has all the information you need for comfortable days. We love the hydro, fireplace... the house is very close to a grocery store. It's not that far from Penedo and we can do everything with a lot of flexibility. The hosts are very helpful, respond quickly, and live next door… which makes it very easy. We loved our stay, I have nothing bad to say. We'll be back for sure! 😍💖

Wonderful house, clean, pleasant with very good energy. Everything you need to spend pleasant days at home. The only thing that leaves something to be desired is the filter. They have a clay filter that matches the concept of the house but it is not functional, especially if there are more people who drink a lot of water. We had to buy water in the city. I don't need to comment on the look. One of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed in the countryside. The only thing that's a little bad is getting there when it rains, the road for normal vehicles is worse than the 4x4. We had a hard time in very heavy rain and had to sleep in Visconde de Mauá because the slopes collapsed.

We spent the carnival at the house of Gislaine, great space everything clean, good internet, beautiful view, near the river, who likes quiet and peace, this is the place, a complicated road to get there, but we already knew how it was, but for the beauty and peace of the place is worth it, we bought jam, honey, freezing eggs… Gislaine and her father always very friendly , we will return for sure!

Our stay at the house was excellent , Mr. Marco a caring , kind and understanding person has always kept us at ease with some valid instructions and we make the most of it we can . The house is what really is in the photo a comfortable and large house. since already thank you very much Mr. Marco !

The house is very cozy. Everything clean and tidy! Iracema is very kind and Terezinha, who welcomed us, is a lovely person. Our family loved the stay and we'll be back for sure!

Everything was excellent! We loved every second of our stay! Everything was perfect: the hostess, the house, the bed and bath linens, the cleaning and the highlight and the outdoor space with that waterfall!

If you want to feel at home, this is the place for you! Super tidy, clean and cozy house. It has hammocks and mats by the pool and a beautiful view! Very good sauna and the barbecue area too. At night, it is possible to stay in the pool and see a starry sky full of shooting stars. We went with kids who loved the place! Diomar is a dear, always available. I strongly recommend the stay! It is very close to the lower part of Itatiaia Park and about 15 minutes from Penedo. Local restaurants are also great. Thank you Diomar for the support, we'll be back more often.

The place is wonderful, very quiet, the children can play in the square. The house is extremely cozy, with a wood-burning stove, barbecue. The beds are very comfortable. Cristina, who attended to us, was very helpful, polite, always attentive to messages, a well of sympathy. We will definitely go back and indicate.

The place is beautiful and it is worth taking hours of travel to get to the house. The road is not so simple, but with a tall car (not necessarily a 4x4, but an SUV for sure) and with plenty of attention, it is possible to reach the site safely. The house is right at the top and privacy is a great differential. Everything was clean, organized and exactly as in the description. We love the decor and the comfort that the house offers. The sauna is excellent and the pool although very cold, it is great for a relaxing moment. The 3 falls is excellent, mainly because it is a few minutes from the house (I highly recommend it, despite the water trenching rs). Lucia is extremely helpful, responds quickly and is very kind. The same I can say of the housekeeper Janilson, who is very proactive, friendly and always willing to answer questions, give tips and help with any issues related to the place. We love everything and plan to come back soon!

It was a wonderful stay! The house is in a beautiful place, with many windows for forest, where I looked I saw the green and it brought me a lot of peace. We had total privacy but knowing we weren't isolated, that was the best solution for us! We were very well received by Alexandre who remained available for any problem or hint. The house is well equipped and well located, we only hear the noise of the birds and the cicadas, however close to the village, the market and waterfall. It was an amazing trip and we will be back whenever possible!

We had extraordinary days at this stay! The place has a beautiful landscape and is excellent for contemplating and relaxing the mind. All areas are very cozy and with all the necessary structure ensuring connection times and good laughs between family/ friends. Everything is very clean and preserved. The highlight is the wood-burning stove that yielded delicious treats, the sauna and bathtub with a beautiful view and the helper Silvana who took care of our food and all details with affection.

We love our New Year's Eve at Casa Maromba! Easy location, very close to the Velo da Bride Waterfall. Cozy house with all the utensils we needed! We went in 7 people and everyone slept divinely well with a little noise from the waterfall and waking up with the birds. There was a temperature drop with rain and the place remained amazing with its fireplace , perfect for a wine and guitar, unforgettable! The friendliness and attention of the housekeeper Marquinhos was subliminal, always attentive and smiling. Anyway...everything is perfect and we will certainly come back another time. The house is great, very well located, close to several waterfalls (one on the side) and surrounded by nature, in addition to being very well equipped. Joy was very receptive and kind! All the time, it made us very comfortable. The house is on the same plot of her house, but in very separate places, we had a lot of privacy and we really enjoyed the whole space! And Serrinha is a beautiful place. We had days of much peace and relaxation.
