Vidanta is an amazing resort.

Our family had a great week at the Westin Lagunamar! The 2BR suite was very spacious, the staff really nice/helpful, and the resort is in a great location with nice pool/beach area. Short walk to the mall across the street, where there many good restaurants and shops. Great family vacation!

What a beautiful place to stay! My family of 5 had a wonderful time. Bryan made the process seamless. It’s always appreciated when booking a vacation! Will definitely be back!

My family and I stayed at this AMAZING place for a two week vacation! It was outstanding!! Best resort we have been to ever! Helen was super awesome to communicate with prior to our trip. Answered all my questions at a very timely fashion. Answered everything honestly. She sent all the paperwork we needed in advance to our travel. She was extremely easy to deal with. I would highly recommended this resort and Helen as a host! Can’t wait to go back!

What an amazing resort! The atmosphere is simply fantastic! Our suite was so luxurious, and the service was exceptional. The pools and beach areas are not only beautiful but also incredibly inviting. The daytime activities are a blast, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming!

We loved our stay at the diving lodge! The location is fantastic—right on the beach with access to palapas and chairs throughout the day. It's also just a short walk to the town center, restaurants, and grocery stores. Our room was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a short stay. Brianna was quick to respond, very friendly, and accommodating; we'd definitely stay here again. A couple of minor notes: the futon mattress was uncomfortable and sagged in the middle, but our 12-year-old managed. Additionally, the food at the beach club restaurant was not great, but the drinks were delicious, and the staff was wonderful. Overall, it was a great experience and we will return.

Allan was great at explaining how the time share works as it was my first time. I went alone with my 6yo daughter. We really liked Sandos Caracol because it is in the Jungle and feels very natural. Staff is all very friendly and there is a lot to do for kids. However, it is a 3 star resort so your expectations need to match that - not everything is very new and the food did not match Club Med (where we went afterward). But all in all, we preferred Sandos Caracol to Club Med Cancun which was twice the price! We loved having access to the Royal Elite club. We spent most of our time at that pool and the food at that restaurant was very good. We really liked being able to book our dinner reservations before we got there. We plan to go back next year. El lugar, la playa, todo es hermoso. Volveria mil veces al sandos y con maxime, la experiencia fue maravillosa.

El lugar cumple con lo hablado y la relación precio calidad es bastante justa. Por otra parte la atención de Allan es simplemente extraordinaria, siempre está pendiente, contesta todas tus preguntas y sin importar tu situación (nos tocó cambiar fechas) encuentra un modo de ayudarte. gracias por todo Allan!!

O resort é maravilhoso,super integrado a natureza, restaurantes muito bons, com variedade de opções, muitos bares, o cenote ao lado do lobby é belíssimo, não deixe de reservar o restaurante El Templo. Funcionários sempre solícitos. A pulseira Black é um "plus", te dá direito há vários serviços extras inclusive hidroterapia no SPA e área exclusiva...eu AMEI, voltaria novamente mesmo a praia não sendo muito boa ( muitas pedras). Everything in the description on airbnb was exactly like Allan described. I was a little hesitant to book due to unfamiliarity with Airbnb and an all inclusive resort, but Allan explained everything and it turned out exactly if not better than he described. Allen was always quick to respond to whatever questions we had. The resort was pretty large, but plenty of activities for the kids 13, 10, and 7. Pickleball, tennis, and pools. The beach at Sandos was incredible. All meals were incredible. Il piedmont was probably the best followed by le gourmet. The royal elite bracelets were great. They got you into a neat little bar (5th Avenue) with great drinks, pool tables, and a more laid back atmosphere. We visited the Carasol resort as well with bigger slides for the older kids. Would 100% recommend. Thank you Allan

I was a bit esceptical booking a resort through Airbnb but as a recent guest I can tell u first it's 100% legitimate. we travelled from Vancouver and we're at the resort for 6 days the royal elite bracelet gets u all the perks and we got to visit the sister resort eat at their restaurants and use all amenities at no cost just took a cab from the lobby and we were in l. I will feffinetly be staying here again and using this host.
