Great Resort on the beautiful Mexican Riviera Maya. Great area with golf courses designed by Jack Nicklaus. It has more than 17 Bars, Restaurants and 15 Pools. You will love my space, has a kitchen and large living room, 2 jacuzzi, 1 mini pool on the balcony, serves 8 people, 6 adults and 2 children under 12 years. Easy access to Cancun and the local's water parks.

Our family had a great week at the Westin Lagunamar! The 2BR suite was very spacious, the staff really nice/helpful, and the resort is in a great location with nice pool/beach area. Short walk to the mall across the street, where there many good restaurants and shops. Great family vacation!

My family and I stayed at this AMAZING place for a two week vacation! It was outstanding!! Best resort we have been to ever! Helen was super awesome to communicate with prior to our trip. Answered all my questions at a very timely fashion. Answered everything honestly. She sent all the paperwork we needed in advance to our travel. She was extremely easy to deal with. I would highly recommended this resort and Helen as a host! Can’t wait to go back!

I’ve been visiting the Diving Lodge in Puerto Morelos for 7 years and love it more each time. It’s a perfect get away. It feels like coming home. The staff is amazing. Catch the sunrise on the beach each morning. Step out of your room and have your feet in the sand. Walk the beautiful beach to town for amazing food options!

Allan was great at explaining how the time share works as it was my first time. I went alone with my 6yo daughter. We really liked Sandos Caracol because it is in the Jungle and feels very natural. Staff is all very friendly and there is a lot to do for kids. However, it is a 3 star resort so your expectations need to match that - not everything is very new and the food did not match Club Med (where we went afterward). But all in all, we preferred Sandos Caracol to Club Med Cancun which was twice the price! We loved having access to the Royal Elite club. We spent most of our time at that pool and the food at that restaurant was very good. We really liked being able to book our dinner reservations before we got there. We plan to go back next year. Thanks Allan!!!

The resort is wonderful, super integrated with nature, very good restaurants, with a variety of options, many bars, the cenote next to the lobby is beautiful, be sure to book the El Templo restaurant. Staff always attentive. The Black bracelet is a "plus", it entitles you to several extra services including hydrotherapy in the SPA and exclusive area... I LOVED it, I would come back again even though the beach is not very good (lots of stones). Thank you Maxine for all your attention.

Everything in the description on airbnb was exactly like Allan described. I was a little hesitant to book due to unfamiliarity with Airbnb and an all inclusive resort, but Allan explained everything and it turned out exactly if not better than he described. Allen was always quick to respond to whatever questions we had. The resort was pretty large, but plenty of activities for the kids 13, 10, and 7. Pickleball, tennis, and pools. The beach at Sandos was incredible. All meals were incredible. Il piedmont was probably the best followed by le gourmet. The royal elite bracelets were great. They got you into a neat little bar (5th Avenue) with great drinks, pool tables, and a more laid back atmosphere. We visited the Carasol resort as well with bigger slides for the older kids. Would 100% recommend. Thank you Allan

Allan is great. the place is great with kids, however if you do not have the VIP black bracelet, the food is not up to any standard. A good stay, so If all inclusive is your thing, then it's a good buy
