We loved our stay at Laura's place. The house is superb and met all of our expectations for our weekend with friends. Two beautiful bathrooms, many bedrooms (with comfortable beds), a superb living room with open kitchen, a magnificent swimming pool... It is located in a beautiful, peaceful environment, while being close to La Rochelle. Laura was very accommodating and allowed us to check in earlier and check out later to fully enjoy the weekend. Very nice house, meets our expectations. Quiet, bright, well-equipped. The 2 sleeping areas are well insulated and the bathrooms are very functional. We were able to enjoy the pool with our little girls. It is suitable for all ages. The garden area is well exposed with a country view. In summary, we would recommend this rental. Everything was perfect, the place was very clean and nicely decorated. It is completely isolated and we felt very good in this annex. Julien was very responsive, and communication was very simple and smooth! I would 100% recommend this listing.

We spent a week at Marine’s property. It is absolutely beautiful. The interior is immaculate and spacious, whilst the outside offers a quiet private space with a gorgeous pool. The property has some lovely fields surrounding it, so great for summer walks. We enjoyed taking day trips to surrounding areas - especially La Rochelle Vieux Port. Very beautiful. Marine has been the perfect host, always available to answer any questions etc. We will definitely be back. Thank you so very much for the perfect stay and your kindness.

A very nice apartment overlooking the harbor entrance - located between the Ketten and Laternenturm. The property is located in a beautiful old house made of white limestone. The apartment was well ventilated by many skylights and the slopes make the apartment very charming. There are a variety of restaurants in the immediate vicinity, a beach is 5 minutes away and downtown La Rochelle is also a few minutes away. We arrived by train and did a lot on foot or by rental bike. The property is also within walking distance of the train station.

Very nice apartment, comfortable, well arranged and equipped. Good location, close to everything but in a quiet area. Barbara is a very welcoming, available and caring person. If we were to return to La Rochelle, we would not fail to rent this apartment again!

A very central and comfortable apartment on the first floor. The location at the market and close to good coffee shops and restaurants is perfect. The kitchen is well equipped, a nice shower and use of a plug in fan for hot evenings. The second bedroom is smaller but we didn’t use this. Baby facilities of a cot, changing table etc also very useful. Thank you Clotilde!

This is the perfect location (for 2 people) close to the coast and a few kilometers from La Rochelle. The house has a private small garden, is very tastefully decorated and the kitchen is equipped with good kitchen appliances. Two bicycles are available for trips in the area. Axel is a very considerate host, who is always available for questions or any problems. Recommended!

We had a great time at Teddy's place. The apartment was spacious, equipped and nicely decorated. Close to all amenities. Teddy is very friendly, and gave us recommendations on the activities available in La Rochelle and its surroundings! The jacuzzi and terrace are a real plus!! I would recommend it 100%. We'll be back!

Very quiet for the studio. For those who love walking, I've been spoiled. Xavier is responsive and helped me a lot. Good restaurants.

Maryse is a very nice and available host and she is also very accommodating for check-in and check-out when possible! The apartment is ideally located. We rented for our 3-day weekend and we did everything on foot! The parking space is a big plus. We highly recommend Maryse and her property! You can go there without so much as a second thought, you won't be disappointed! Very eager to return to La Rochelle in this very beautiful property, tastefully decorated and so well located in La Rochelle!

Beautiful apartment, fabulous views (even from the shower!), and delightful little private beach - where our kids enjoyed playing while we played boules on the lawn above. Lovely walk into the old port, either along the beach path, or inland along the beautiful grassy avenue. Great restaurants in the town, although we enjoyed most meals at home so we could make the most of the fantastic views. A wonderful stay!

Lovely apartment with views of park, lots of room, perfect location for walking around the old port which is the hub of La Rochelle. The train and bus station only about 3 minutes away. There is a taxi rank in front of the train station for taxi to airport. Marion responded to any questions very quickly.

We had a very, very nice weekend in the accommodation with our little boy who enjoyed the place, which is essential for us. Everything is there to feel good, very nice little terrace in the morning, very responsive, available, and accommodating host with little touches. I recommend it 100%. Thank you again. 👌🏼
