Spacious and modern apartment, ideally located with a large, very nice balcony. Everything can be done on foot, however, the square on which it is located is very "lively" so noise, music etc. quite late at night, fortunately the bay windows insulate well from noise. We intend to rent this property again.

We had a great time at Antoine's place. Everything was as described, a very warm environment to feel at home. A terrace that is a plus on sunny days. The parking space and bike storage are really assets when you know the difficulty (and price) of parking in Saint Martin. We strongly recommend!

Manon and Thibault received us very well. The accommodation is spacious, clean and even better than the photos! It is located close to the city center. We highly recommend this Airbnb and will be back with pleasure.

The location of Benjamin’s place is ideal - safely contained in a very pretty complex of apartments with parking and easy access to the beach. Once inside, you would never know you are close to other apartments because it is quiet, well lit, and beautiful. The back garden at sunset is incredible. There were only two of us and our dog, but the apartment is stocked to be able to easily host a small family. It’s clean and organized with a spacious kitchen and a comfortable bed. We were met at the gate when we arrived, the key hand-off was friendly and quick. Check-out instructions were clear and we didn’t feel rushed at all. All in all, a great stay. We hope to return someday soon!

Studio with beautiful amenities. In a quiet cul-de-sac in a village near La Rochelle. Responsive and friendly hosts. Impeccable.

There were very nice days in La Rochelle. Patrice is an excellent host, very accommodating and always has a good tip in store. We lacked nothing. Great, quiet environment with sea view, the old town is easily accessible on foot or by bus. Free parking and just a stone's throw from the beach - simply great. Shopping and everything you need within walking distance. We will be happy to come back. Thank you, Patrice. :-)

Great weekend at Elise's. The location is ideal, central but not too much to be able to park quite easily nearby. Apartment clean and nice, including the bedding which is very good. We'll be happy to go back.

Excellent location: The accommodation is very clean and functional. Dominique is welcoming and accommodating. Special mention to the bedding, which is very comfortable. Ideally located, the residence is very nice, Saint Martin en Ré is a charming village. I would highly recommend it.

We also booked in early August and we will continue next year if we are accepted. Evelyne is very responsive, Virginie absent replaced by Amelia also very friendly and available. Well-located apartment in the middle of the island. For my weekend with friends, it was great!

We had a lovely stay, with our 3-month-old son and our dog. The accommodation is really a stone's throw from the ocean, and close to beach shops (shops, bars, restaurants, etc...) which we really liked. Nathalie is very responsive: we thank her for the speed of these responses to the message. Small accommodation, but has everything you need when you leave for a few days of change of scenery. We would 100% recommend

We were hosted very well by Fabienne and Boris. Their apartment is bright, pleasant and well-equipped. The location is perfect, near the center, by the sea. And the parking space in a gated garage and a real plus. We will come again👍

Studio is as shown in the photos, well appointed and has everything you need for a few days. It is close to the center of La Flotte, which is then a few minutes' walk away. Quiet and pleasant residence. David was very responsive and friendly. Perfect!

A lovely stay at Brigitte's who was super welcoming. The accommodation is easily accessible and close to the center of La Flotte. It is very well equipped, clean and warm. Our stay was very nice. We didn't have to take the car because many things could be done easily on foot (shopping, walks, going to the ocean...) Our host was very approachable and trusted us, which made relationships easy. The area is very beautiful and there are plenty of places to explore.

Ideally located, this accommodation is perfect for discovering the Ile de Ré and its beautiful landscapes by bike (rental next door, friendly). The added bonus is the sauna. Beautiful decoration, well-equipped. Good communication with the host who gives good advice. Parking right across.

Perfect accommodation for our 2 night stay. we liked: Complete equipment, the tastefully furnished accommodation, comfort of the bedding, the cleanliness of the place, the very nice terrace, the calm and the proximity to the center of the fleet, accessible on foot. Although we did not meet him, we enjoyed the exchanges with Nicolas and the care he took to facilitate our arrival. i highly recommend this place.
