For your convenience, a free parking space is reserved for you during the summer season in June/July/August. Parking is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation. In the city center of La Tranche-sur-Mer, the apartment is located on the first floor of a quiet residence. You will enjoy the sea view from the balcony, beach 50 m away, shops 200 m away. An entrance hallway leads to the bathroom, toilet and a very bright main room comprising the living room with sofa bed, dining area and kitchen. The bedroom includes a 160 X 200 bed. This house is our vacation home, we have a great time with our 3 children and we would like it to accommodate travelers passing through the Atlantic coast... The house is nicely located, 5 minutes from the beach and the city center. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac, very quiet. All errands can be accomplished on foot or by bike. The 400 m2 garden is enclosed and wooded. There's a parking spot. Ideal for a stay for families or groups of friends.

This former mill (mid-19th century), carefully renovated, at the gates of the Marais Poitevin, is classified "4 stars furnished de Tourisme". On 3 levels, this mill respects the traditional local architecture and the nature that surrounds it. The mill has kept its narrow and original miller's staircase. Combining wood, exterior coating with lime, noble materials, it is turned towards respect for the environment.

Our vacation cottage is bright, warm and functional, a cozy little nest for 2 people. Time for a break or for a few days of vacation. You park around the maisonette and after all is on foot!
