Studio in a good location, small outside area, parking.

Quiet area 7 minutes by car from the train station, 5 minutes from the city center, 5 minutes from the Beaulieu shopping center. The studio is equipped with a large shower, TV, Tassimo, kettle, plate, microwave oven... It also has a small exterior of about 10 m2. Non-smoking studio, and not made to party with others! We ask you to empty the garbage cans, fold up the BZ sofa, and put the sheets on the coffee table, without forgetting to make it clean!
