Vacation rentals with breakfast in Province of Viterbo

I spent New Year's Eve in the apartment with my group of friends. The house turned out to be a great choice, cleanliness and accuracy in every detail. In addition, the kindness of the owners and their availability were the two elements that deservedly add the praise to our stay. Don't forget the rich breakfast Raffaella prepared for us when Raffaella woke up! Thanks so much for everything!

We stayed a week in Luca and Anna's place: the spaces are comfortable (although there were 4 of us the sofa bed was strategic). The pool is very nice, well-kept and well guarded by Michele. The location is great for visiting and discovering Viterbese, Luca's tips were very useful to organize us. Luca and Anna have always been very available for any of our requests or needs.

Very good location to visit medieval villages, access Lake Bolsena, thermal baths and the center of Viterbo is 5 min away by car. It is also convenient to go to Rome and to Ostia Antica. The accommodation is very pleasant, spacious, very clean, air-conditioned and the private terrace is well exposed and of good size. We particularly appreciated the attention of our host who wears delicious homemade pastries every morning. Also, when we arrived the fridge had been filled with drinks and we received a warm welcome. We highly recommend, very pleasant experience!

This was the cutest apartment with a stunning & large outdoor patio. Patrizja left us coffee, milk, tea, sugar & pastries so that we were able to sit outside & enjoy our coffee on her stunning patio when we woke up. My only complaint was the smell of potpourri was overwhelming. Such a cute town & great apartment- we highly recommend.

The overnight stay in Mrs. Roberta's house was exhaustive and satisfying. Far exceeding expectations. From the first moment, we felt a welcoming atmosphere, with attention to detail and designed to offer guests a comfortable stay. The property was in perfect condition: the cleanliness was excellent, the rooms were tidy and well organized. Every detail had been taken care of, and showed attention to the needs of the customers. The house is also equipped with numerous amenities and useful gadgets, which made our evening even more pleasant and carefree. We were welcomed by Mrs. Roberta, who guided us on a short but exhaustive tour of the house, clearly illustrating the operation of each appliance and courteously answering all our questions. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and well-above-average experience. It was a complete experience for us.

My friend and I made a last minute decision to stay over in Orvieto and we are grateful that Lidia and her team had this second floor unit available! It is close to everything and a stone's throw from Duomo.

Cristina is a very welcoming and warm host. She is very attentive to the tenants. The apartment is beautiful and well-equipped. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. The place is in the countryside near the woods. My partner and I love to sit on the terrace to listen to the sound of animals in the evening. It was a fabulous 10-day stay. ☺️

Beautiful accommodation in the heart of the "Civita de Bagnoregio". There is a parking lot for €5 and the walk takes about 20 minutes to the central square. The apartment is super classy and well equipped. When you step out the door, you are right in the middle of the action, but it is quiet at night, as the visitors then leave the village. We recommend an early evening sunset walk, as everything is full of tourists in the morning. It was an indescribably beautiful experience and is definitely worth it - even for one night.

Small but very nice apartment, equipped with everything you need. Everything is clean and tidy. The host was very helpful, especially regarding check-in and check-out times.

The house is tidy and clean, the kitchen is fully equipped, and we bought ingredients from the surrounding supermarkets to enjoy a delicious dinner.The balcony of the master bedroom is facing the lake, the view is very good, the balcony is below the restaurant bar, you can walk by the lake downstairs.Luca is very nice, very timely feedback on the questions we asked, the check-in went smoothly, because the parking lot suddenly charged, Luca also took the initiative to provide us with breakfast, if there is a chance, I will stay again.Wishing Luca a prosperous business and a prosperous future!

We had a nice stay on our bike trip to Rome in Fabio's studio. Large, beautiful space with beautiful views over the hills. Fabio made sure our bikes could be safely stored in a garage 200m away. The e-bike could charge there. Fabio even helped carry the luggage up the stairs from the street to the studio. His recommendation for a restaurant was very good. Amelia is a beautiful town and we'd love to come back, in Fabio's studio!

Consuelo was very welcoming and immediately made me feel at home. She took the time to show me around the apartment and offered to make me reservations for dinner. The apartment was very comfortable and the record collection is killer! Will definitely book again next time I'm in Nepi.

Very responsive host. The location is in the historical centre, you cannot park there but the elevators from the parking is not far away. Very nice breakfast.

It faces the main street, and it is easy to go to Funicolare and the cathedral.And the host was friendly and perfect in everything.There are stairs, but he carried it for me.The bathroom is also spacious and independent, and can be used only by you.I want to stay here again next time.

We had only one day and night for our stay at Sorano, clearly far too short! The appartement was more than top, TOP-TOP, extremely welcoming, super-clean and cosy, fridge, wonderful bathroom, confortable bed, with much light coming in from window and door and also a little garden to breakfast outside. Silvia and PierPaolo were the TOPPEST hosts we ever had the pleasure to meet!! Their tips for the astonishing sites to visit were again: TOP-TOP, so I should invent something negative otherwise the reader would think I'm exaggerating :-)) No, I'm NOT..!!!!

Ideal for Bikepackers like me. It's no surprise that there was another Bikepacker the same night. The place is surrounded (lost among?) by fields, and around 8km away from the lake. Of course being closer to the lake would be even nicer, but for that price, the location alone is already worth it. The 8km are doable quite easily with the bike (not too much traffic, and the slope brings you back easily after dinner!). It is a dog (and dog lovers) heaven. A very large and beautiful garden and a lot of very nice dogs. Breakfast was a huge table with plenty of choice, with everyone, it was very convivial. But I guess people could also chose to isolate and enjoy the different tables in and around the house. Didn't even try the jacuzzi and pool, my only regret is not having stayed longer! thanks Melanie!

Beautiful surroundings, unique accommodations. Our plane into Rome was unfortunately very late so we missed being able to enjoy the afternoon there, but the host was very accommodating when we had to arrive outside of the normal check-in times. We woke up to a beautiful peaceful view. Breakfast served to us at the tent was a nice touch. Hosts were extremely welcoming. Highly recommend!!

The house is beautiful, very comfortable and spacious, completely renovated with a wonderful architectural style. The garden has an imposing view. You are inside the historic center but only 5 minutes walk from the parking lot, ideal. And Federico was a spectacular host, always attentive. We forgot a jacket in the house, and in a few minutes Federico had already solved it.

Great spacious apartment in the heart of Civita Castellana! Hospitality was fantastic. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a base to enjoy the surrounding area!
