Amazing stay in a beautiful village, would definitely stay here again! It’s even better than the pictures. Very nice and clean. Everything is in walking distance. Host is very responsive and helpful.

Had a great stay, everything tip top. Don't forget your swim cap, it is still mandatory in the swimming pools. ( you can also get them on site)

It was really like being at home, both for us and for our dog who loved the large garden and the company of the very sweet Buddy. Luca and his family are really kind and caring and the location is really great for those looking for tranquility and practicality in reaching the most beautiful points of Lake Bolsena.

Casale al Lago is a small corner of heaven, immersed in the Orvietan countryside with a breathtaking view that invites you to focus on the present moment, enjoying the beauty that surrounds it and relaxing your mind. Tiziano and Claudia who welcomed us were two really great people, friendly and kind. highly recommended extras, products such as charcuterie and Titian eggs, which allowed us to have breakfast for champions!!!

Marco’s place is more beautiful than the pictures! He and Monica greeted us and showed us around. They are extremely thoughtful. The location is perfect. It was a great vacation!

We highly recommend Peter's estate, an oasis of peace and quiet. The house is equipped with all comforts and is surrounded by wonderful gardens and ponds.

Casale di Vulci is a Villa with all the comforts, well equipped and with an outdoor area wonderfully cared for in every detail. The two pools, one with thermal water, complete the exceptional amenities such as a gym and sauna. On top of that, the hosts are extremely professional and incredibly kind. One of the best villa experiences I've ever had. Highly recommended.

A three days in the calm of nature in a structure within walking distance of the lake with a pool and sauna available. Really helpful host and perfect home for 10 of us! Everything is clean and functional. Outdoor barbecue, swings, tables, and other amenities are a non-trivial plus. We'll be back.

Wonderful. What takes your breath away is the natural setting that offers in all its beauty. The apartment is comfortable, the historic buildings were recovered with care and effort avoiding unnecessary glitz. In the park (you can't call it a garden) full and empty spaces alternate with the natural rhythm of the breath and biodiversity welcomes you as part of a larger drawing. The source of fresh water embraces the entire estate allowing the vegetation to be always lush, while the (bathable) pond recalls various forms of life: it is a great pleasure to be part of this continuous movement of butterflies, dragonflies, fish... You can feel the sense of respect for nature even in the pleasure of the imperfect and simplicity as in a bench covered with lichens or as the profusion of blackberries, figs and plums mixed with roses, lavender, myrtle... The place is the result of the work and attention of well-lit, sensitive, and educated hosts who have decided to act with a light touch. A real gift: to be seen in all seasons.

We were pleasantly surprised to find air conditioning in the house. It's very beautiful and nicely maintained and the staff are welcoming.

it's a amazing place a quiet a place and private so no nosy neighbours and we had a amazing swimming pool with alot of water and a diving board and deep water clean kitchens clean house basically so I rate this a ten out of 10
