Vacation rentals with breakfast in Province of Viterbo

Ho trascorso nell'appartamento il capodanno insieme al mio gruppo di amici. La casa si è rivelata una fantastica scelta, pulizia e accuratezza in ogni minimo dettaglio. Inoltre la gentilezza dei proprietari e la loro disponibilità sono stati i due elementi che aggiungono meritatamente la lode al nostro soggiorno. Da non dimenticare la ricca colazione apprezzatissima che ci ha preparato Raffaella al risveglio! Grazie mille per tutto!

Siamo stati una settimana nell'alloggio di Luca e Anna: gli spazi sono confortevoli (anche se eravamo in 4 il divano letto era strategico). La piscina molto bella, curata e ben sorvegliata da Michele. La posizione è ottima per visitare e scoprire la tuscia viterbese, i consigli di Luca sono stati molto utili per organizzarci. Luca e Anna sono sempre stati molto disponibili per ogni nostra richiesta o esigenza.

Très bon emplacement pour visiter les villages médiévaux, accéder au Lac Bolsena, aux thermes et le centre de Viterbo est à 5 min en voiture. Il est également pratique d’aller à Rome et jusqu’à Ostia Antica. Le logement est très agréable, spacieux, très propre, climatisé et la terrasse privée est bien exposée et de bonne taille. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les attentions de notre hôte qui tous les matins nous portait des pâtisseries maison délicieuses. De plus, à notre arrivée le frigo avait été rempli de boissons et nous avons bénéficié d’un accueil chaleureux. Nous recommandons vivement, expérience très agréable !

This was the cutest apartment with a stunning & large outdoor patio. Patrizja left us coffee, milk, tea, sugar & pastries so that we were able to sit outside & enjoy our coffee on her stunning patio when we woke up. My only complaint was the smell of potpourri was overwhelming. Such a cute town & great apartment- we highly recommend.

Il pernottamento nella casa della signora Roberta è stato esaustivo e soddisfacente. Superando di gran lunga le aspettative. Fin dal primo momento abbiamo percepito un’atmosfera accogliente, curata nei minimi dettagli e pensata per offrire agli ospiti un soggiorno confortevole. L’immobile si è presentato in perfette condizioni: la pulizia era eccellente, gli ambienti ordinati e ben organizzati. Ogni dettaglio era stato curato, e dimostrava attenzione all’esigenze dei clienti. La casa inoltre è dotata di numerosi comfort e gadget utili, che hanno reso la nostra serata ancora più piacevole e senza pensieri. Ad accoglierci è stata la signora Roberta, la quale ci ha guidati in un breve ma esaustivo tour della casa, illustrandoci con chiarezza il funzionamento di ogni apparecchio e rispondendo con cortesia a tutte le nostre domande. Consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque desideri vivere un’esperienza serena, comoda e ben oltre la media. Per noi è stata un’esperienza completa.

Calcata alleine ist die Reise wert. Das Spa von Christian ist eine Oase der Entspannung. Wir haben unsere Flitterwochen dort verbracht und waren trotz der Fotos wahnsinnig überrascht, wie schön diese Unterkunft ist. Wir können es absolut empfehlen.

Anna si è dimostrata molto reattiva nella risposta alle nostre esigenze. Veramente molto gentile e flessibile nell’orario del check in. La casa è in linea e coerente con le foto e la descrizione.

My friend and I made a last minute decision to stay over in Orvieto and we are grateful that Lidia and her team had this second floor unit available! It is close to everything and a stone's throw from Duomo.

Cristina est une hôte très accueillante et chaleureuse. Elle est au petit soin avec les locataires. L’appartement est magnifique et bien équipé. La vue de la terrasse est a coupé le souffle. L’endroit se trouve en pleine campagne proche des bois. Mon compagnon et moi-même adorons nous mettre sur la terrasse pour écouter le bruit des animaux en soirée. C’était un séjour de 10 jours fabuleux. ☺️

Wunderschöne Unterkunft in Herzen der „Civita de Bagnoregio“. Es gibt einen Parkplatz für 5€ und der Weg zu Fuß dauert in etwa 20 Minuten bis zum zentralen Platz. Die Wohnung ist super edel und toll ausgestattet. Wenn man aus der Tür tritt ist man direkt im Geschehen, trotzdem ist es Nachts ruhig, da die Besucher*innen dann das Dorf verlassen. Wir empfehlen einen Erkundungsspaziergang am frühen Abend mit Sonnenuntergang, da am Vormittag alles voller touris ist. Es war ein unbeschreiblich schönes Erlebnis und lohnt sich definitiv - auch nur für eine Nacht.

Appartamento piccolo ma molto carino, fornito di tutto ciò che serve. Tutto pulito e in ordine. L'host è stata molto disponibile, soprattutto riguardo agli orari di check in e check out.

房屋整洁干净，厨房用品齐全，我们从周边超市买了食材享受了一顿可口的晚餐。房间主卧室阳台正对湖边，视野非常好，阳台下面是餐厅酒吧，可以在楼下的湖边散步。Luca人特别好，对于我们提出的问题反馈非常及时，入住顺利，因为停车场突然收费的原因，Luca还主动为我们提供了早餐，如果有机会还会再次入住。祝愿Luca生意兴隆，财源广进！

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad op onze fietsreis naar Rome in de studio van Fabio. Grote, mooie ruimte met prachtig uitzicht over de heuvels. Fabio zorgde dat onze fietsen 200m verderop veilig in een garage konden staan. De e-bike kon daar opladen. Fabio hielp zelfs de bagage de trap op te dragen vanaf de straat naar de studio. Zijn aanbeveling voor een restaurant beviel erg goed. Amelia is een prachtig stadje en we komen graag nog eens terug, in de studio van Fabio!

Consuelo was very welcoming and immediately made me feel at home. She took the time to show me around the apartment and offered to make me reservations for dinner. The apartment was very comfortable and the record collection is killer! Will definitely book again next time I'm in Nepi.

Definitivamente mi estancia con Analista fue la mejor de todo mi viaje a Italia. Desde que llegamos con mi esposa a la estación se mostró muy servicial, amable y siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos. La vista que hay del balcón de su casa es una de las más bellas que he visto. Nos sorprendió que tuviéramos comida y bebidas esperándonos al llegar al hospedaje y Analisa nos dió varias recomendaciones para descubrir la joya que es Orvieto. 5* definitivamente! Volveremos!

Very responsive host. The location is in the historical centre, you cannot park there but the elevators from the parking is not far away. Very nice breakfast.

メイン通りに面していて、フニコラーレにも大聖堂にも行きやすいです。そしてホストはフレンドリーで全てにおいて完璧でした。階段がありますが運んでくれました。バスルームも広く独立していて、かつ自分だけが使用できます。次回もここに泊まりたいです。

We had only one day and night for our stay at Sorano, clearly far too short! The appartement was more than top, TOP-TOP, extremely welcoming, super-clean and cosy, fridge, wonderful bathroom, confortable bed, with much light coming in from window and door and also a little garden to breakfast outside. Silvia and PierPaolo were the TOPPEST hosts we ever had the pleasure to meet!! Their tips for the astonishing sites to visit were again: TOP-TOP, so I should invent something negative otherwise the reader would think I'm exaggerating :-)) No, I'm NOT..!!!!

Ideal for Bikepackers like me. It's no surprise that there was another Bikepacker the same night. The place is surrounded (lost among?) by fields, and around 8km away from the lake. Of course being closer to the lake would be even nicer, but for that price, the location alone is already worth it. The 8km are doable quite easily with the bike (not too much traffic, and the slope brings you back easily after dinner!). It is a dog (and dog lovers) heaven. A very large and beautiful garden and a lot of very nice dogs. Breakfast was a huge table with plenty of choice, with everyone, it was very convivial. But I guess people could also chose to isolate and enjoy the different tables in and around the house. Didn't even try the jacuzzi and pool, my only regret is not having stayed longer! thanks Melanie!

Sono una ragazza che viaggia in sedia a rotelle con il mio compagno. Gli host sono stati super disponibili fin dall’inizio per mettermi nelle migliori condizioni di comfort possibili. La tenda è super comoda, il bagno spazioso e la doccia a terra. Anche la jacuzzi interrata è facile da usare. Sono muniti di una rampetta per fare i tre gradini all’ingresso, all’occorrenza. L’unico punto in cui si ha bisogno di una mano è sulla discesa in breccia che si trova di fronte alla tenda, ma saranno una 15ina di metri in tutto ed è uno “sforzo” che vale davvero la pena fare per questo posto meraviglioso. La casa es hermosa, muy cómoda y espaciosa, completamente renovada con un estilo arquitectónico maravilloso. El jardín tiene una vista imponente. Estás dentro del centro histórico pero a solo 5 minutos a pie del estacionamiento, ideal. Y Federico fue un host espectacular, siempre atento. Nos olvidamos una chaqueta en la casa, y en pocos minutos Federico ya lo había resuelto.

Great spacious apartment in the heart of Civita Castellana! Hospitality was fantastic. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a base to enjoy the surrounding area!
