Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Province of Viterbo

We loved our stay in Sara's rustic farmhouse cottage with its glorious views across the valley, little hill towns on the other side and a beautiful scenic drive across to Orvieto on one side (about 1 hour) and Todi on the other. The pool was heavenly. We only had swimming weather for the first week but we were in every day. When the mornings were cold, I also enjoyed sitting by the pool in the morning sun, reading and drinking my coffee. The garden is also beautiful and very quiet. It was so peaceful here - and what a dream to have the pool to ourselves. Sara lives in the other half of the house with Simone, her partner, and Eugene, the dog - but we never saw them (they have their own entrance) except when they were cleaning the pool. The house is full of art and ceramics, some of which are Sara's own, and we even had lunch in Todi at Simone's restaurant. Yes, the road is rough, but so are all roads in Umbria. We have a mini and the road was not a problem.

If you are a self-driving tourist, this is a great place.The house is beautiful, clean, and spacious.Clean bedding, towels, toiletries.The owner is very kind and provides delicious food in the morning.Although we had questions about the automatic door opening procedure, which took a long time, the other benefits were so great that it was worth the stay!

We had a wonderful stay at La Bandita! Debora is an amazing host who takes care of every detail. We were welcomed with thoughtful gifts – wine, pasta, homemade jams – a true taste of Tuscany. The house is beautifully equipped: spices, oils, kitchen tools, ice cubes, even toothbrushes and soaps in the bathroom. Extra towels, cozy blankets, and everything we could possibly need were provided. The location is peaceful and picturesque, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Tuscan countryside. Breakfasts on the terrace with the panoramic view were unforgettable. Communication with Debora was excellent – she was kind, responsive, and made us feel at home. We truly felt taken care of and appreciated every moment spent there. La Bandita is a magical place, full of warmth and charm. We’d love to return one day – it felt like a home away from home, and we can’t recommend it enough to anyone looking for an authentic and comfortable Tuscan getaway. We'd love to come back!

Annarita and her house were amazing! She was so kind, friendly and super helpful. We needed instructions on how to get to the train station and not only did she tell us where to meet the bus and when, she walked us to the store to purchase the tickets and then to the bus stop so we knew exactly where to go. The house was spotless and exactly as it looks in the pictures. There was a grocery store, a bakery, and a fruit and vegetable market all within a 10 minute walk of her house. We walked back to the house from the old town (Orvieto Duomo) in about 30 minutes. Obviously it would take longer if you were to walk up to the old town due to the hills. Also, there were tons of free parking spaces right outside the house. If we are ever back in this area, we would love to stay at Annarita's again!

Pleasant and peaceful stay. Unique and charming house, comfortable bed and large and nice terrace. We were joined by many cats from the village, which made our stay even more pleasant. Caleb was very helpful, especially for early check-in.

This was our 5th trip to Orvieto and this AirBnB is the absolute winner. We called it our Palazzito--small palace. Everything was top notch--from the decorations to the furnishings to the amenities. And the rooftop patio is stupendous Highly recommended!

Had the best stay at Enrico's place!!! Beautiful gardens, pool, views and more 😍 We wanted to BBQ one night and Domenico prepared the bigger house's BBQ for us since this place doesn't have one, which was so kind!! Very nice donkeys, cat and dogs too ❤️ Will be back 1000%!

We loved this clean, cozy, and convenient studio. We hope to come back every summer. We walked out our door to the lake and many restaurants and gelato shops.

A wonderful place, secluded, perfect for those who want to be quiet. The garden in front of the house has sun loungers, a pergola with chairs and tables is a marvel with direct views of the lake. Eating outdoors during the sunset on Lake Bolsena was wonderful. A place I recommend to all couples who want some privacy. Not very suitable for families with small children. Convenient location to visit Viterbo, Orvieto and all the beauty of the surroundings. Hello, the managers who immediately responded to any of our questions and requests. grate location, 5 minute drive to the beach on the lake, lots of restaurants, very relaxing nice, would definitely recommend it for couples, families, I will be returning next year with my missis and kids. luca was really helpful, and very responsive, look forward to coming back next year.

We had the most wonderful stay at the apartment! Sergio was there to greet us on arrival, was kind enough to help with our bags, and shared some local places to eat with us. The apartment is pristine, bright, and spacious with lovely furnishings and very comfortable beds! Kitted out with everything we needed. We spent a lazy morning on the terrace overlooking the hills, fresh coffee in hand! A very peaceful and quiet spot but close enough to shops and restaurants and the pretty town of Todi. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Elena is an excellent host, she provided us with all the directions and specifications before departure, well in advance, this allowed us to arrive easily without any availability. She was also flexible and very welcoming, like her delightful cottage immersed in silence and wonderful greenery.

This place was magical. I fell asleep every night listening to the waterfall in the ravine. Town was a fairytale spot. I never got tired of exploring the beautiful, twisting old streets. Property was just as promised. Rikke went so far above and beyond to make me feel welcome, even arranging a money saving ride to the train station for me. Great experience!

Daniela was very kind and very helpful as well as being a serious and professional host. The apartment is clean, well-furnished and well-equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect for reaching the main attractions of the area, which are really many. A special mention should be made of the outdoor area, which is very well equipped and ideal for an afternoon nap after returning from visits. We would like to thank Daniela again for her exquisite hospitality in the hope of being able to return soon to visit these beautiful places.

Lovely place, we stayed for 2 days and took advantage of the location to visit Viterbo and nearby Orvieto. The apartment is spacious, warm and very comfortable. (we also used the fireplace). We'll definitely be back in the spring.

Together with my wife, we focused on Nicoletta's accommodation as a base to visit nearby Todi and then Orvieto. It turned out to be a good choice for the location, space and cleanliness, and we appreciated the nice welcome (even with both still and sparkling water in the fridge, and candies) from Nicoletta, after the precise contacts with Gabriela. Highly recommended accommodation.

Kerstin is a great host, super helpful, hospitable and very kind. His place is really formidable, very central, convenient to reach, free parking within walking distance. The light that floods the apartment and the tranquility of the area are magnificent. We want to leave now and spend another weekend in Tuscania. We'll be back soon 💜

It is a great place to stay and feel the quiet and peace of Tuscany! My family and I really enjoyed it. The apartment is really nice, with a unique style inside an ancient house. And without a doubt, it has one of the best views from the kitchen and terrace that I have ever seen!
