Comfortable apartment on the first floor with an "easy" staircase, 10-15 minutes from the sea, in a green and very quiet area. My husband and I slept in the bright room with a TV: spacious, clean, lots of closets, shelves, and drawers in both. Accommodation provided with the necessary, kitchen with large balcony and beautiful awning, useful closet in the bathroom, very convenient parking space inside the courtyard, excellent wifi connection. Natascia and Stefano are very kind, nice and discreet. Some elements to improve, but it is certainly recommended

A great apartment with designer renovation, very well-stocked kitchen, you can stay for two families. The apartment is clean and beautiful, 200 meters from the sea. Recommended.

Luciano and his wife were really welcoming and very helpful, always ready to respond to our needs! They also provided us with a crib to put our baby to sleep. The house is really beautiful, new and complete with everything you need. The location is fantastic, a stone's throw from the sea and also very close to the historic center. Another positive note is the presence of the elevator that starts from the basement where there are 2 parking spaces. We'll be back!

Sara and Giovanni are extremely lovely and very friendly hosts. With rare kindness, they picked us up at the train station by car and escorted us back. Communication was very easy in French. Accustomed to Airbnb rentals, this apartment is very clearly different from other sanitized apartments with international and standardized decor. This accommodation has a lot of charm and assets and has a beautiful soul like the owners. Very well-equipped, clean, ideally located (close to shops, beach, restaurant and city center) the apartment is very quiet and sleeps very well! We highly recommend this property and will definitely come back.

We had a great time at Partizia's. Spacious and cozy house, 3 minutes walk to the sea, holes from the chaos of downtown but easily accessible. Don't be intimidated by the proximity of the street and train because it is so good that you get used to it quickly!

We had a very nice stay in Pesaro! Eva's apartment is in a perfect location: very close to the beach and also to the city center. There are a lot of restaurant and bars right around the corner. Still, the area ist quiet and nice. Eva ist a perfect host, if there are any questions, she'll answer them immediately. Thanks a lot!

It was a nice stay, the apartment was clean and at a very calm location. Annamaria was very helpful and ensured we had our stay as nice as possible. The neighbors can be a bit complicated, but as long as you keep it within the rules and follow the guidelines of Annamaria, there shouldn't be any problems. Would definitely recommend to people who like to explore the area during the day!

Amazing location with private parking right across from the beach. The apartment was clean, tidy, and perfect for a family vacation. Laura and her husband were incredibly friendly and responsive—when we mentioned the pillows were a bit too small for us, they brought us extra ones the same day. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment and Paolo is very nice and helpful. In October it was already quiet, but still nice weather. The only drawback: The house is close to a train route. However, this applies to all houses by the sea and did not bother us after the first day. Overall, we were very satisfied.

Beautiful place to stay, we felt right at home. Stefano was always available, even quickly when we needed help. The accommodation offers everything you need and even more. It is well equipped. The four of us spent two days in Fano to relax on the beach and explore the old town. The apartment offers a perfect starting point. The amenities are good, the sleeping options too. Everything was super clean. There are two terraces and fly screens in the windows. Arianna and her mother welcomed us very warmly with a bottle of sparkling wine and snacks.

Villa Wilma is a beautiful place with a truly stunning sea view. The recently renovated apartment is very cozy and is complete with all amenities, including a washing machine and dishwasher. The sea is right in front, divided only by the railway on which numerous trains pass (even at night). You have to be ready for their sometimes a little noisy passage. It didn't bother me personally. Vehicle access to the "courtyard" is not suitable for all vehicles (due to the width of the passage). I've only been there once, and it was very difficult. I then preferred to leave the car on the street about 150 meters from the house. Marino is a really friendly host, nice and always available! An experience I recommend.

Well-organized accommodation in terms of spaces and accessories. Very clean. 100 meters from the sea. I was happy to find clothes hangers, dishwasher tablets, tablecloth, welcome water, oil, things that are generally not common to find.

We stayed at Stefano's house for a week and felt very comfortable, the house in our opinion looks bigger than in the photos, it was a big surprise. Stefano is very friendly and super accessible, we highly recommend it and it has an added value that is only a 2-minute walk to Sassonia beach in Fano. We will return again, thank you Mr. Stefano!

We had a great vacation at Licia's place! Thanks to clear instructions, the check-in was great (our arrival coincided with the days of the fair and without the help and advice of Licia it would be difficult to drive to the house)..we were warmly welcomed by her parents! We also helped with the accommodation of the car)) thank you ! The apartment is bright and clean, with a beautiful view from the window ..within walking distance to the beach , bars , restaurants...on the balcony you could enjoy a cup of coffee while admiring the sea.... you can also walk to the city center in 10-15 minutes... The kitchen is equipped with appliances and a kitchenette. We felt like we were at home! Licia was always in touch and gave useful recommendations! Thank you so much! Central two-room apartment and very close to the sea of Cattolica. Very convenient for those with small children and who have to go back and forth from the beach. Mrs. Franca is very clear in her directions and super helpful in her advice.

This is the place to stay if you come to Pesaro. It’s a minute to walk to the beach — right across from the expensive hotels. It has a beautiful unobstructed view of the Adriatic, so you can watch the sun rise having expresso on the balcony table, sitting on the patio chairs. Wash your clothes and hang them on the patio clothes line located on the other side balcony — they will be dry by night. Air conditioning and heating work great, as we needed both at different times for brief periods. Close to a lot of restaurants and a grocery store is a short walk. So relaxing. So perfect. Communication was excellent. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful apartment centrally located. Very tastefully decorated and well equipped. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to make a couple of meals. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything and having parking onsite was fabulous. The three terraces were wonderful and we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening wine on them! We would definitely stay there again! It was perfect for us! Alberto was the best host! He was so helpful from receiving a package for me to recommending restaurants etc! Super friendly and made us feel very welcome! Thank you Alberto!!
