Tiziana's accommodation is the best you can wish for if you are looking for peace, silence and immersion in nature. Very close to the house, a path takes you to a waterfall and in 5 km of uphill you reach the Hermitage of Carpegna. Otherwise, if you travel by car, there are many natural and historical places of interest a few kilometers away. If we happen to return to the area, we will be happy to be hosted again by Tiziana.

Stay at apartment hosted by Kristian and Gabriele was exellent. Place was clean, peaceful, hosts were kind and there was breakfast provided. We visited advised restaurant and it was one of the best dinners I had in Italy. We also made a little walk around the hills.

Very quiet place but not far from amenities, ample space and very clean, the possibility of parking the car internally was very important for me and above all very kind and helpful owners.

We had a great weekend at Walter and Alessio's place for the Spartan in Gubbio. There were ten of us and the house exceeded expectations: ample space, great attention to detail and truly welcoming environments. The welcome was warm and genuine: upon our arrival we found a homemade cake that we enjoyed very much the following morning. Walter and Alessio proved to be helpful and present. The area is quiet and peaceful, ideal for recharging after a busy day. The swimming pool and parking for exclusive use were a big plus. A stay that we absolutely recommend and that we hope to repeat soon!

Great experience, we'll definitely be back! The space is well equipped and the location is perfect! We with a two-year-old were very comfortable to walk both during the day, back and forth from the beach, and at night in the historic center of Fano.

Everything was perfect, the apartment was equipped with all the amenities that are rarely found including shampoo, bath foam, coffee, pasta etc.

Chiara is a nice host - efficient communicator, quick and very helpful in response. Location is very convenient for all of the tourist needs. Apartment is clean, comfortable, the kitchen is comfortable, well designed and equipped. We appreciated breakfast food left for us, especially homemade cake.

We were guests with our dog at the property of Attilio and his wife and we had a great time. They were very responsive to our requests. In the apartment we found everything you need for breakfast. Attilio also brought us brioches in the morning, which was unexpected and really super welcome. And one evening he surprised us with a dessert!! Clean and comfortable apartment. close to the main trails of the Sasso Simone and Simoncello Park and the Mount Carpegna area. You can also walk to the town center of Carpegna!! We recommend it to everyone!

The location of the house is unique, with a wide view of the valley and the mountains. The apartment is lovingly designed and very clean. A narrow street leads to the house. The staff immediately helped us find a bike workshop and announced us. Thank you for that. Breakfast was plentiful and with great views from the terrace. The pool is fantastic, but we didn't use it. All in all perfect. Mille grazie!

Great weekend, a wonderful place for tranquility and spacious and comfortable spaces, also for our furry friends, we had a great time.

Fabio was a very good host. He offered a perfect stay for my family of 8 adults +1 dog while attending a wedding in Citta di Castello. The location is about a 15 min drive from town but is surrounded by nature and wonderful views of the countryside. The two appartements are very comfortable and beautiful.

Donata was very kind and had lots of helpful tips. She made us feel very welcomed! The view from the house into the nature is amazing! Thank you!

The house with terrace is idyllically located on a hill with a view. The room with bathroom was clean and tidy. The B&B has everything you need.

Piero’s home is a real gem! Exceeded expectations from many points of view. Beautiful surroundings from both the home entrance to the room balcony and window. The bedroom is large, very comfortable and full of charm. Piero and his wife are beautiful souls, they made us feel right at home, hospitality is in their veins and they both are very special hosts/people. Highly recommend a visit and we will definitely go back when in Romagna 🫶

Stay with Massimiliano and Carmen was excellent. 5 starts is not enough for this experience, if I can I will give them 6 out of 5 stars. Both hosts are friendly and kind. Great and tasty breakfast in calm garden. Massimiliano also gave a tip for local restaurant. Accomodation was spacious and really clean. They also provide us with small snacks and water. I definitely recommend this place and hope to return there again.

What a wonderful reception. Maria and Gabriel are extra nice people and even Leila a sweet and affectionate dog came to meet us when we arrived. The panorama is breathtaking and so peaceful. The accommodation is very neat and everything you need. A delicious, freshly made breakfast every morning. A 10 in all areas and we will definitely go back.

Excellent hosting by Gabriella and her husband. Available and she is full of recommendations; I highly recommend staying with Gabriella, an extremely pleasant and very caring person. The house and its beautifully green terrace are extremely pleasant and quiet.

I spent a night in this place in the historic center of Urbino and I really enjoyed it. The location is great, in the heart of the ZTL area, perfect for visiting the city by foot. The accommodation is clean, well-maintained and comfortable, ideal for a short but pleasant stay. A big plus is the possibility of free parking not too far away, which is not a given in a historic city. The host was kind, helpful and clear in communications. Very positive experience, I would recommend it!
