Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Province of Pesaro and Urbino

We felt at home at Massimo's. Everything was as it should be and even better. The house was large, spacious and very clean. Perfect for our family of four plus a dog. The place is located far from the buildings, so you can relax in peace. The garden was large, perfect for spending time outdoors, and there was a large and clean pool where you could cool off on hot days. The contact with Massimo was without reservations. He always wrote back in a few minutes and if we needed anything, he was always available. There were basic groceries in the kitchen to make coffee and eat something after a long journey. In addition, we received delicious wine, and as soon as it was missing, he always brought new ones. On the last day, we had delicious croissants for breakfast. I highly recommend this home. Everything was perfect. And we hope to return there.

A dream week in the Marche region with the whole tribe: cousins, sisters, parents, dog, and mother-in-law (yes, even her). The villa? A paradise. Top pool, therapeutic hot tub (also for the nerves), BBQ for serial grillers. Stefano and Alessandro: 10 out of 10, always present but never intrusive. Postcard views, comfort everywhere. We relaxed, had fun and... gained weight. We'd go back tomorrow. In fact, we'd move in.

We were a group of 13 people – with and without disruption, a facility from Switzerland - and were allowed to spend our Easter holiday in your house this year. Both the house itself and the surrounding area have delighted us, but in particular we would like to emphasize the warm and open contact with you. We take a trip together every year around this time and have experienced many beautiful accommodations – but rarely has a house been as perfect for us as a group. We would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful time we were able to spend at your place. It was a completely successful stay, and we agree: We would love to come back!

We felt very comfortable in Giovanni's villa. Giovanni is a fantastic host – always friendly, communicative and easy to reach. He personally guided us around upon arrival and was there for us with helpful information. The villa is located on a spacious property with several beautiful terraces. The private terrace in particular impresses with a magnificent view over the valley, the olive trees and the castle. The amenities leave nothing to be desired: a well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils as well as homemade oil, vinegar and herbs from the garden. Fresh water is also available. Sleeping and seating furniture are comfortable and the place was clean. Giovanni and his family live next door – always present, but discreet. He gave us valuable tips for excursions, restaurants and the surroundings. Thanks to his recommendations, we were able to make beautiful day trips to Rimini, San Marino, Riccione and to quieter places. Thank you!

What a beautiful little space in the Italian countryside. I am so sad we could not stay longer. We had a wonderful welcome and our stay far exceed our expectations. Our host helped us book dinners every night in local restaurants and we loved the proximity to San Marino and nearby wineries.

To be extremely brief, we had a great time. The apartment is really delightful: cozy, clean, furnished with great taste, equipped with everything, equipped with a very convenient parking space and outdoor space that opens onto a spectacular view; in addition, the village of Gabicce Monte is an authentic gem, offering the possibility of relaxing walks with the feeling of being suspended over the expanse of the sea. Another special feature: The apartment is adjacent to the village church, once probably connected, which makes the context even more evocative. I'm already nostalgic!

Ca' Masini was a pleasant surprise: immersed in tranquility yet a stone's throw from both the sea and the hills. San Giovanni in Marignano is a beautiful, lively and welcoming town, and the location of the house offers an unexpected atmosphere of peace. Impeccable communication, perfect cleanliness. Absolutely recommended!

The host is super helpful and understanding. The place is quite steep to reach, but acceptable. The view is super amazing. Equipment and facilities are ready. I personally recommend to everyone.

The location of the house is unique, with a wide view of the valley and the mountains. The apartment is lovingly designed and very clean. A narrow street leads to the house. The staff immediately helped us find a bike workshop and announced us. Thank you for that. Breakfast was plentiful and with great views from the terrace. The pool is fantastic, but we didn't use it. All in all perfect. Mille grazie!

New house, very clean and very cozy! The stay, although short, was very pleasant. The house is in the center and the car parking is very convenient. Ester and Sara were very kind and very responsive to every request. The house also has a beautiful terrace. Better than that, he couldn't go.

We had a lovely time at Bob's. He and his wife are lovely! Luce and Henri (the 2 dogs) are also very cute and just want to be petted. This is the place to stay if you come to Pesaro. It’s a minute to walk to the beach — right across from the expensive hotels. It has a beautiful unobstructed view of the Adriatic, so you can watch the sun rise having expresso on the balcony table, sitting on the patio chairs. Wash your clothes and hang them on the patio clothes line located on the other side balcony — they will be dry by night. Air conditioning and heating work great, as we needed both at different times for brief periods. Close to a lot of restaurants and a grocery store is a short walk. So relaxing. So perfect. Communication was excellent. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you!

Available hosts, apartment in the historic center, a 10-minute walk from the sea, large square, very well arranged with a shaded inner courtyard: everything new, in particular we liked the two bathrooms, each with a shower made particularly cozy by tastefully decorated coatings. Highly recommended.

We were guests in this house for 11 days and we had a very good time. The apartment, with careful cleaning, is equipped with everything you need in every area: kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Appreciated the TV that allows different connections (Netflix, Amazon Prime and others) the coffee machine with different capsules available, as well as the availability of other useful items in the kitchen, such as salt, oil, vinegar and more. The bed is very comfortable, with availability of change of sheets as well as towels. The private garage is very useful, and in any case there are free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the house. The location is convenient both for reaching the sea in a few minutes and for visiting, within a few kilometers, the numerous medieval villages of great interest located on the green hills of the Marche.
