Confortevole appartamento al primo piano con "facile " scala a 10-15 minuti dal mare, zona nel verde e tranquillissima. Io e mio marito abbiamo dormito nella camera chiara dotata di tv: spaziosa, pulita, molti armadi, mensole e cassetti in entrambe. Alloggio fornito del necessario, cucina con grande balcone e splendida tenda da sole, utile armadio in bagno, comodissimo posto auto all'interno del cortile, connessione wifi ottima. Natascia e Stefano gentilissimi, simpatici e discreti. Alcuni elementi da migliorare ma è senz'altro consigliato

Отличная квартира с дизайнерским ремонтом, очень хорошо укомплектованная кухня, можно проживать двум семьям. Квартира чистая и красивая, находиться в 200 метрах от моря. Рекомендую.

Luciano e sua moglie sono stati davvero accoglienti e molto disponibili, sempre pronti a rispondere alle nostre esigenze! Ci hanno procurato anche una culla per fare dormire la nosta bimba. La casa è davvero bellissima, nuova e completa di tutto ciò che è necessario. La posizione è fantastica, a due passi dal mare e molto vicina anche al centro storico. Altra nota positiva è la presenza dell'ascensore che parte dal piano seminterrato dove sono presenti 2 posti auto. Torneremo molto volentieri!

Sara et Giovanni sont des hôtes extrêmement adorables et très sympathiques. D’une rare gentillesse, ils sont venus nous chercher à la gare en voiture et nous ont raccompagnés. La communication était très facile en français. Habitués des locations Airbnb, cet appartement se distingue très nettement d’autres appartements aseptisés au décor international et standardisé. Ce logement a en effet énormément de charme et d’atouts et possède une belle âme à l’image des propriétaires. Très bien équipé, propre, idéalement situé (proche commerce, plage, restaurant et centre ville) l’appartement est très calme et on y dort très bien ! On recommande vivement cette adresse et on reviendra sans aucun doute.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo da Partizia. Casa spaziosa e accogliente, a 3 minuti a piedi dal mare, fori dal caos del centro ma facilmente raggiungibile. Non fatevi intimorire dalla vicinanza di strada e treno perché si sta talmente bene che ci si abitua in fretta!

We had a very nice stay in Pesaro! Eva's apartment is in a perfect location: very close to the beach and also to the city center. There are a lot of restaurant and bars right around the corner. Still, the area ist quiet and nice. Eva ist a perfect host, if there are any questions, she'll answer them immediately. Thanks a lot!

It was a nice stay, the apartment was clean and at a very calm location. Annamaria was very helpful and ensured we had our stay as nice as possible. The neighbors can be a bit complicated, but as long as you keep it within the rules and follow the guidelines of Annamaria, there shouldn't be any problems. Would definitely recommend to people who like to explore the area during the day!

Amazing location with private parking right across from the beach. The apartment was clean, tidy, and perfect for a family vacation. Laura and her husband were incredibly friendly and responsive—when we mentioned the pillows were a bit too small for us, they brought us extra ones the same day. Highly recommended!

Schöne Wohnung und Paolo ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Im Oktober war es schon ruhig, aber noch schönes Wetter. Einziges Manko: Das Haus liegt nahe an einer Zugstrecke. Das betrifft aber alle Häuser direkt am Meer und hat uns nach dem ersten Tag nicht mehr gestört. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft, wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Stefano war immer zu erreichen, auch schnell da wenn wir Hilfe gebraucht haben. Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man benötigt und sogar mehr. Sie ist super ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich gleich wohl !! Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral, man kommt überall gut zu Fuß hin. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und waren Dankbar Stefano als Gastgeber gehabt zu haben! Gerne wieder !!

Wir haben zu viert zwei Tage in Fano verbracht, um am Strand auszuspannen und die Altstadt zu erkunden. Die Wohnung bietet dazu einen perfekten Ausgangspunkt. Die Ausstattung ist gut, die Schlafmöglichkeiten auch. Alles war supersauber. Es gibt zwei Terrassen und Fliegengitter in den Fenstern. Arianna und ihre Mutter haben uns sehr herzlich mit einer Flasche Sekt und Knabbereien begrüßt.

Villa Wilma é un bellissimo alloggio con una vista mare davvero stupenda. L’appartamento recentemente ristrutturato è molto accogliente ed è completo di tutti i servizi, tra cui lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Il mare è proprio di fronte, diviso solo dalla ferrovia su cui transitano numerosi treni (anche di notte). Bisogna essere pronti al loro passaggio, a volte un po’ rumoroso. A me personalmente non ha dato fastidio. L’accesso con la macchina fino al “cortile di casa” non è adatto a tutte le macchine (dovuto alla larghezza del passaggio). Io ci sono passato solo una volta con molta difficoltà. Ho poi preferito lasciare la macchina sulla strada a circa 150 metri dalla casa. Marino è un host davvero cordiale simpatico e sempre disponibile! Esperienza che consiglio.

Alloggio ben organizzato negli spazi e negli accessori. Molto pulito. A 100 metri dal mare. Sono rimasta contenta di trovare stendi panni, grucce, pasticche lavastoviglie, tovaglia, acqua di benvenuto, oliera, cose in genere non comuni da trovare.

Ficamos na casa do Stefano por uma semana e sentimo-nos muito confortáveis, a casa na nossa opinião parece maior que nas fotos foi uma grande surpresa. o Stefano é muito simpático e super acessível recomendamos muito e tem uma mais valia que é fica apenas a 2 minutos a pé da praia sassonia de fano. iremos voltar mais uma vez obrigada ao sr. Stefano!

Мы провели отличный отпуск в жилье Licia! Благодаря четким инструкциям заселение прошло прекрасно (наш приезд совпал с днями проведения ярмарки и без помощи и советов Licia было бы сложно подъехать к дому)..нас тепло встретили ее родители! Так же оказали помощь с размещением авто)) спасибо ! Квартира светлая и чистая, с прекрасным видом из окна ..в шаговой доступности пляж , бары , рестораны...на балконе можно было насладиться чашечкой кофе,любуясь морем....до центра города также можно дойти за 10-15 мин... Кухня укомплектована техникой и посудой. Мы чувствовали себя как дома! Licia всегда была на связи и давала полезные рекомендации! Спасибо большое! Мы с удовольствием приедем снова! Irina, Mikhail:))

This is the place to stay if you come to Pesaro. It’s a minute to walk to the beach — right across from the expensive hotels. It has a beautiful unobstructed view of the Adriatic, so you can watch the sun rise having expresso on the balcony table, sitting on the patio chairs. Wash your clothes and hang them on the patio clothes line located on the other side balcony — they will be dry by night. Air conditioning and heating work great, as we needed both at different times for brief periods. Close to a lot of restaurants and a grocery store is a short walk. So relaxing. So perfect. Communication was excellent. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful apartment centrally located. Very tastefully decorated and well equipped. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to make a couple of meals. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything and having parking onsite was fabulous. The three terraces were wonderful and we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening wine on them! We would definitely stay there again! It was perfect for us! Alberto was the best host! He was so helpful from receiving a package for me to recommending restaurants etc! Super friendly and made us feel very welcome! Thank you Alberto!!
