The entire property is taken care of in detail and immersed in a quiet atmosphere a short walk from the center of Gradara. The room was cozy, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need. Breakfast was plentiful, served with care and kindness directly by Chiara, who was helpful and hospitable throughout our stay. Good afternoon! We were in a car, so parking in the courtyard of the house seemed very convenient. There was no need to look for a parking space and worry about the car. Upon arrival, we were met by the host of the house, took us to the house, showed us everything and told us everything. He was very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean with a huge high bed, there was a private bathroom that belonged only to us. All plumbing was working properly, there was no inconvenience. There was also a separate small and very cozy dining room with a microwave and a micro fridge. We had dinner close to our stay in the town of San Giovanni in Marigno at Osteria Spacciodivino, highly recommend this restaurant! Unfortunately, we were only one day in this location and in this house, and we could not stay longer, but we were certainly very satisfied. Nina is a beautiful dog, and the cat brightened up our stay, we also admired the olive lard in the area of the house. Thank you!

Elena and her husband are very warm and attentive to their guests. Impeccable cleanliness, the studio is very large and easily suitable for a family with multiple children. A plus, with a large garden and pool. Breakfast is hearty.

I spent a night in this place in the historic center of Urbino and I really enjoyed it. The location is great, in the heart of the ZTL area, perfect for visiting the city by foot. The accommodation is clean, well-maintained and comfortable, ideal for a short but pleasant stay. A big plus is the possibility of free parking not too far away, which is not a given in a historic city. The host was kind, helpful and clear in communications. Very positive experience, I would recommend it!

Apartment a few kilometers from Urbino. Well-maintained and welcoming clean environment, feels like home . We didn't meet Daniele in person, but we were always available. The B&B offers a space immersed in the countryside. Nice rooms, wonderful garden with pool. Possibility of booking an aperitif in the dachbox, it's worth it! Patrizia and her daughter Giulia are very kind!

Accommodation at Fabio's is very cozy and quiet. Fabio takes excellent care of his guests, he is always available. Everywhere is very clean. The beds are very comfortable, the breakfast in the garden is excellent. I recommend the accommodation to everyone.

Tiziano's b&b is a lovely place. My husband and I had a really relaxing two days. Impeccable cleanliness, everything is well-kept, comfortable bed, really nice pool, which, thanks to the beautiful weather, we took advantage of throughout the stay. Fantastic breakfast, with the option to choose between sweet and savory, not the usual packaged things, but everything fresh and genuine. Thanks also to his wife Ornella and daughter Chiara, a family that deserves success for the welcoming place they have been able to create and for the courtesy with which they know how to welcome their guests.

If you're looking for a place to "unplug" and be pampered, this is the perfect place. Small country villa in the hills near Riccione. Modernized in rustic style, as beautiful as the landscape. Away from the chaos of the city, very rural. Friendly and welcoming host, cute and cuddly kitten. Very nice.

Elena and Davide are exceptionally friendly hosts and have created a little paradise in this beautiful environment. The room is decorated with a lot of love and the bathroom is fantastic! There's even a kitchen for the guests. The rich breakfast on the terrace was the ideal start to the day - we took a trip to Urbino and spent several hours almost alone in the Palazzo Ducale. We also particularly liked the pasta course with Elena, the tour of Davide's studio and the many fireflies in the evening! We will be happy to come back! And we would love to give more stars!

Recently tastefully renovated and super clean apartment. The area is very quiet and we had a very good time with Marzia and her husband who immediately make you feel at ease and give great advice on how to get around to explore the area. Those arriving by car are no problem. Top hospitality and then they love animals and for me this is an added value. We found seriousness and availability. Truly an enjoyable experience. we stayed at the TARDUCCI HOUSE for 3 days, we had a great time. brand new place, very clean, very spacious room and bathroom, plenty of breakfast. the owners are very kind and helpful. if we have a chance we will definitely come back. I highly recommend it

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The room and adjacent bathroom are beautiful, comfortable and in mint condition (they opened only a month ago). The immense garden was great to relax in. Sometimes you’ll hear the circuit in the background, but never as loud as the chattering of the birds around the property. Most of all, we were amazed by the hospitality of Laura and Davide. They provided amazing breakfasts with homemade baked goods, local tips and even gave us a lift to a nearby wedding location, saving us a taxi ride. If ever we are in the area again, we’ll definitely revisit!

We were looking for a place to spend 2 days relaxing, and we found it. We would have gladly stayed longer. A bumpy road that made me "sweat" to travel it (the municipality is fixing it), but once I arrived I understood that it was worth it. The owners are nice, always available and never intrusive. A swimming pool, sauna, outdoor kitchen with fireplace are available and then there are cats (curious, a bit shy) and 2 super cuddly and nice dogs. While the bedroom and bathroom are spacious and clean. I forgot, excellent sweet breakfast, with super jams. It will certainly be our point of reference when we seek relaxation in those areas.
