The GrazieSole agritourism is a recently renovated 20th-century farmhouse in a rustic and characteristic style with original stone walls, exposed bricks, and ceilings with wooden beams. It has a 12-meter swimming pool with breathtaking views and a wide panorama that extends from the Sibillini Mountains to the adjacent hilly villages. It is located in the open countryside one kilometer from the center of the village of Penna S. Giovanni, in a sunny and quiet location, surrounded by a garden and large green spaces.

The house is delightful, a small Bijoux in the heart of P. S. Giorgio! Close to the station, shopping streets, the sea! Very well served. Refined, elegant environment, with attention to detail. It offers two floors: on the first floor there is the entrance, kitchen, living room with single sofa bed and a bathroom served. On the second floor, with the ceiling of wooden beams, there is a bedroom, with a double bed and a bathroom with all the amenities. The room is equipped with a small balcony, air conditioning!

La Casa delle Rondini is an accommodation located in the historic center of Fermo, close to the square, main museums and services. A few minutes' walk and you are in the most important area of the city, full of events. It is located near the bus stop, 7 km from the sea and the station, a short distance from the A14 both to the south (8 km) and to the north (15 km). A few meters away there is a parking lot with a time disc, and just a little further away there is a 24-hour free maxi-parking lot.
