The cottage is cosy and well-kept. It’s located on top of a hill from where you can see the see and the wheat fields all around. Livia is a great host and gave us good recommendations. Definitely worth staying at if peace, quiet and nature are on your list.

Casa Lola proved to be a fantastic stay. The views from the house are spectacular and the amenities were of a very high standard. We much enjoyed the pool, the large kitchen and the various terraces. A great space for a large group to have a very relaxing holiday. Victoria was extremely helpful with local tips and introductions to some of her neighbours to help us out with various requests (one of her neighbours makes a great lasagne). All in all a great stay, and we might have to repeat the experience sometime.

We were looking for a quiet place to spend some time in complete relaxation and we found it. A breathtaking landscape surrounds the property along with the calm and tranquility of the Marche hills. The icing on the cake was the apartment's private pool. The place is really quiet, no noise except that of nature. The farmhouse is about a ten-minute drive from all the essential amenities. The farmhouse has a equipped kitchen, sheets/towels. Very important note the structure is pet friendly, my little dog was able to enjoy the vacation with us. I wanted to thank Marco who welcomed us with extreme kindness and left us valuable advice to orient ourselves in the area. The cake he made us find when we arrived was also very welcome. Almost 200 year old house, you can live in an ethnographical museum - but renovated. However it is hot in the sleeping rooms under the roof during a heat wave. Luckily there are two big fans (it would be great to have a third one for the third room) and a swimming pool to cool down. It is very calm, nice surroundings; there is a very good and cheap pizzeria close in Montottone; ideal place to relax.

Giorgio’s place was fantastic. His mom and dad greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the property. He has everything inside to make you feel like you’re at home. The view is amazing from the patio which we ate our breakfast from everyday. The restaurants are a couple of minutes walk and the grocery store is about a 10 minute walk too. It is a very quiet location and being on the fourth floor it’s even better. There are 73 stairs to climb to get to the room, which will help burn a few calories after you’ve eaten a large meal from one of the restaurants nearby. Parking can be challenging if there is a function in the town. We had to park by the grocery store one night but it was not a problem. We had a great stay and hope to come again every year! We loved our stay in Le Marche. It’s an unbelievably beautiful region. There’s really everything for everyone here—country side, historical towns, and beaches all within 30 minutes drive. Graham was a phenomenal host—knowledgeable and friendly with amazing recommendations. His place was a great stay for our family with 2 kids. Tons of space in a renovated farmhouse. Make sure to inquire about home cooked meals Al Fresco, overlooking the beautiful views and drinking wine from the vineyard across the valley. Truly unforgettable!

Sarah and Mark are the best hosts. Very responsive, always looking for ways to make your stay even more memorable. It’s indeed a hideaway so if you’re interested in a quiet place in beautiful surroundings then this is your best bet. To enjoy everything the region has to offer you’ll have to drive. But Sarah and Mark will provide you with extensive information about all the interesting things to do and best places to eat.

Daniela and Anna really looked after us. We had a tour of the farm and our son who is almost three loved meeting all the animals and playing with the tractors. The hosts did an incredible job of making us feel at home and showing us the best of the region. Including delicious wine from locally grown grapes. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get away from the hustle of the town/city.

Stayed at the Lemonvilla while visiting family in Ripatranstone and San Benedetto. The villa was absolutely gorgeous - photos do not do justice. Private and remote feeling (but still close to town) we felt at home staying at the villa. All 7 of us had enough space. Marcus was proactive and accommodating before the trip started - providing recommendations before we arrived. We hope to return!

Absolutely loved our stay. House was incredible. Fabulous views with covered outdoor seating where we started and ended every day. Plenty of room for 3 couples plus roll away bed. Lift super for luggage. Washing machine with dryer racks. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of pots pans utensils dishes etc. Towels and linens provided. Comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom upstairs. New to Marche region but with Sergio's help we discovered many wonderful places. His recommendations were spot on! Easy to get around town. Close to supermarket, butcher shop, bakery and cafes. Easy drive to beaches and shopping. Neighboring farmers were very friendly even sharing their just picked grapes! We will definitely return!

we spent the period on New Year's Eve renting the whole house in 4 families (with 6 children); we had a wonderful time, the accommodations are well-kept, equipped with everything you need and with some really evocative elements (nice veranda, panoramic porch, wonderful terrace, very beautiful surroundings, games for adults and children, wine cellar, etc.). we shared the large living room of the apartment on the ground floor (also cooking upstairs) comfortably in 15 people with a large table. Daniela, the host, was always available for requests, tips, and information. we were lucky to have found great weather (lunch of the 1st in short sleeves outdoors) in January, let's imagine that in the summer it has to be beautiful

We have been thinking of revisiting San Ginesio for many years and this year we went back. What a wonderful part of Italy staying in a lovely house. Set on a hillside with stunning views of the Sibillini mountains. The house is spacious with two large sitting rooms interconnecting with a large well fitted kitchen all with great views. The bedrooms, we only used two, we’re spacious and the beds comfortable. The house produces as excellent downloadable guide with everything you need to know about the house and area. The wonderful house manager, Monica, lives a few minutes away and is very quick to respond with any requests. We had a very happy week here.

Casey was clear from the start, sending us the precise and detailed manual on how we had to manage check-in, check-out, waste disposal complete with a calendar, with precise directions on how to get to the house; in the manual there were also tips on restaurants to dine in, cities to visit and the most convenient beaches to reach, as well as information about the nearest pharmacies and supermarkets. The house was nothing short of beautiful, the apartments simple but well-kept, clean and equipped with the essentials. The surroundings offered a beautiful view overlooking the hills and vineyards, and the highlight of the whole house was the large terrace upstairs that gave the opportunity to dine in the cool and have lunch in the countryside. In short, everything was beautiful!!

It was our first time staying with Thimo and Odette. We felt like we arrived in a home away from home. The room was perfectly clean and they even provided towels for the pool or the beach! Both Thimo and Odette are lovely hosts and know their environment very well. The location includes access to both a kitchen and a pool which we loved to use. If I could give this location a 6/5 I would. We felt comfortable and welcomed as soon as we arrived. Bob was so helpful in all things, every day, to make us feel at home. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. It is very quiet and peaceful but also close to anything you may want to explore. We enjoyed fresh eggs as well as cucumber, zucchini and lettuce from the garden! That was a treat! Bob welcomed us with a bottle of wine from his own vineyard and a bottle of olive oil from his own trees! Such a special touch. I had injured my back in my travels and we lost a day due to the airline but Bob was very sympathetic. He even tried to locate a hot water bottle for my back and eased my concerns by letting me know he had a contact who was a chiropractor. Just the little things that make one feel at ease when so far from home. I can't say enough good things about our amazing stay, despite some really bad luck and an injury, it was wonderful!

Spectacular places, really nice, comfortable, cool place . The two unique patios, with a beautiful view. Cute and friendly hosts. Present and responsive to the first call. Unfortunately, I would have expected some extra cleaning accessories. The road to get there is quite challenging , dusty and absolutely not suitable for those who want to dedicate their vacation to road cycling. But every small flaw is largely rewarded by the peace and serenity of the place. The swimming pool is the diamond of the location. It wasn't easy to leave.

We spent 12 wonderful days with five people (2 adults, 3 children aged 2, 4 and 6) with Francesco and his family. The house, the grounds, the pool correspond to the pictures and descriptions - it is beautiful and very private. The amenities and cleanliness of the house are of a high standard and in line with the price. The ventilation system of the house is completely sufficient and very pleasant even for the high temperatures in August. House and furnishings are very stylish, matching the area, sustainable and made of high-quality materials. The natural pool is fantastic, clean and perfectly designed. The entire outdoor area is in an amazing condition and well maintained. Francesco, his sister and his parents are very accommodating people, always eager to give tips for the area, the beach and restaurants. They are very reserved and respect the privacy of their guests.

This was hands down my favorite Airbnb of all time! The apartment is absolutely beautiful—immaculately clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The view is truly magical, even better than the photos, which don’t begin to capture how special it really is. What made the experience even more unforgettable were our amazing hosts, Paola and Luca. They were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We were a family of six and this place was extremely comfortable for us all. We loved the pool and used the kitchen to cook several times. We had some of the best food of our whole Italy trip in nearby towns, following the recommendations given to us by Paola. I can’t recommend this place enough—an unforgettable stay in a perfect setting. I’m already planning a couples trip to come back!

This house was paradise. Beautiful location. Only negative is getting there.. it was a little difficult at first and with the steep hill going down to the house it wasn’t always easy to get down and up the hill. Everything else was beautiful. The house was clean and nice and there was everything we needed in there I would definitely come back here.

Judith’s Italian home far exceeded my expectations. The surrounding fields of sunflowers, barley, grapes and more are indescribable. The 5 bedrooms in the main house are all upstairs and each has a private bathroom. There is also a downstairs bathroom. Everything was charming, clean, comfortable and decorated as if it were truly a home. The casita has 2 rather small bedrooms upstairs with no attached bathroom, but they were clean and comfortable. There is a bathroom upstairs and downstairs in the casita. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the outdoor bbq was great, as was the retractable sunshade and swimming pool. Steps are required to get to the bedrooms, which was an issue for my 90 year old parents, but not for any of the other 10 of us; and there are a couple of low beams which can easily be avoided. Judith and Maja were promptly responsive to a couple of minor issues and I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy the Italian countryside!
