Waterfront vacation rentals in Province of Fermo

Lovely, comfortable flat, all the necessary amenities for a family….. wonderful location. Close to the beach, pizzeria, supermarket and local funfair. Everything needed for a holiday for a small family. Air conditioning made the time in the flat very comfortable. Alessandro was very accommodating and extended the check-out time to accommodate our flight. When we return to Lido di Fermo, we would love to stay here again. Highly recommend.

Michele's place is conveniently located a few steps from the sea. The house is very cozy, classy, with many small details that make the difference and impeccable cleanliness and order. It's impossible not to feel at home, also thanks to the kindness and availability of the hosts, never intrusive but ready to give useful information and tips about the city. Highly recommended, we hope to be back in the future, even for several days.

The house is easy to find. Mrs. Cristina always answered all our questions promptly. The house is a few steps from the sea, it has an internal courtyard where you can park the car closed with a gate, although close to a campsite is a quiet dock. A nice spacious bathroom, even the other very comfortable rooms, a beautiful surprise was a small vacuum to store both empty suitcases and for the waste to be separated. You can reach it comfortably with the elevator, but it is not close to bothering the noise. Personally, living near a train I did not find the passage of trains so intrusive, which in any case there are not many, especially at night there is no passage. I highly recommend it

Spacious two rooms on the second floor. Clean and modern, fully renovated. Bigger than it looks in pictures. A stone's throw from the sea with equipped and free beaches. Ideal for a short or long vacation because it is equipped with all the comforts: dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, air conditioning, wifi, parking space... nothing is missing! Andrea is very kind and helpful, super attentive to our needs but at the same time discreet.

You can make all the lunches on the various balconies. There is also a coffee table with children's stools. The kitchen is well-stocked and the two bathrooms are very comfortable. There is also a washing machine. Serena was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Paolo's home was in a great location near the sea. We enjoyed our visit.

We are a family with 2 children aged 3 and 8. We stayed for 14 days in August 2024. Location of the apartment is great for access to the sea, for the convenience of finding parking or looking for a restaurant, a little less so for proximity to a food store (supermarket about 1.2 km away from home). Clean, well-furnished and well-kept apartment. Laundry space on the balcony extremely convenient and well structured. Friendly and very nice host. Functional kitchen equipped with every furnishing. We'd love to come back in the future! It was a nice vacation.

Brand new and super-equipped place to stay. She has all the comforts you need, then there is Chiara who helped us with our every need and was always available. Apartment just steps from the sea and close to the center, great for always walking! Absolutely return

Practical and cozy apartment: parking space, kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Renovated apartment therefore quite cool with fans. Maybe the air conditioner is missing for too hot days but with the fans available you can stay quietly. Just a stone's throw from the beach, free or equipped, just cross the street and you're already in the water. Ideal place for families also with pets for the lots of greenery available. Supermarket 300 meters away , we will gladly return.

The listing matched the listing photos and description. Also great for those like us who stayed with an infant. We were provided with everything we needed: a bed with sides, high chair, shower reducer. Super-stocked kitchen: dishwasher, toaster, microwave, dishes,... In addition, there is a washing machine, air conditioning, and, fundamentally, mosquito nets. There is also a vacuum cleaner and ironing board. Private parking space and outdoor area to eat and spread laundry. A stone's throw from the sea and the main beaches. Only point that can be improved: the mattress and pillows on the double bed.

I stayed for 4 weeks and it was great for one person. It’s a small apt with everything you need, in a great location. Elena was a great hostess with excellent communication.

We already know Patrizia from last year and the contact with her was great again! She likes to respond (well in advance) to personal requests, had some groceries and breakfast for us and was incredibly flexible and accommodating with check-in and check-out times. The apartment is well equipped and exceptionally clean. We visited Patrizia's apartment for 2 years in a row, which is probably the best sign for a great apartment with an excellent host! The apartment is beautiful and super clean! It is well equipped with a nice and cozy kitchen, a washing machine and aircondition in the living/dining room. Silvia and Roberto have thought of everything and there are so many lovely details in the apartment. The apartment is located close to the city center of Porto San Giorgio in a lively neighborhood. You can find lots of restaurants and bars nearby (rather lively at night...), as well as a supermarket and a little mercato with excellent fruits and vegetables. The beach is only a 5-10 minutes walk away. We really enjoyed our stay there. Silvia and Roberto are great hosts!

We are delighted to meet Vincenzina and her charming family. She is a lovely person, very friendly, easy to talk to and available to any requests we have had. She made us very quickly feel at home in her welcoming and warm place. Her place is very central with few minutes walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants, the beach and less than half an hour to many lovely middle-age villages to visit.

A tidy cozy apartment is an immediate yard, convenient for parking. To reach the Jura in a few minutes after crossing the street through the tunnel. Sounds can be heard from the train and by car as is budding for those towns but hear the first days of getting used to it later. I loved getting back.
