Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Province of Fermo

We had a great time at Villa Mei. The residence is brand new in a quiet and peaceful environment. Our apparently was perfectly equipped, clean and functional. The common areas are also nice, we really enjoyed the pool. Plenty of outdoor space to play with the kids or settle in quiet. Masha was there to welcome us when we arrived, she is a very friendly person and also very responsive if you have any requests. The residence is a 10-minute drive from the closest beaches.

We stayed 10 days in Sandro and Alessia's apartment, we stayed 10 days in the new apartment or yet to be renovated. Renovated very well, air conditioning throughout the house, very modern automatic lighting lights. The only thing I think can be missing is a vacuum cleaner given the sand that is a door from the sea, then there is everything dishwasher, electric stove, the washing machine is missing but they told me that they ordered it, so it's only a matter of delivery. The apartment is close to the beach near the supermarket, the only flaw in the area is that many shops are closed and in the evening you have to take the car to go downtown (it is at least 30 minutes walk away)or visit other neighboring areas. Parking in front of the house Not always available, but there is the possibility to put it inside the courtyard and then move it as soon as it is free. Available and very kind owners

We went to stay with the whole family (2 adults and 2 children) with Paola and Luca and would recommend it to anyone. Apart from the fact that the location is beautiful, Paola and Luca are also two warm, pleasant, friendly, helpful people. They were always ready to answer our questions, tips for sightseeing, help where needed... In short, the hospitality we could only dream of in advance. In addition, they produce delicious wines and a tasting was organized for a very democratic price. We plan to return there in advance. Grazie Paola e Luca! Ci rivedremo!

Perfect stay. Very friendly and helpful owners. Lovely location, all the details are well studied and cared for. The apartments are equipped with all the amenities described and appear as pictured. Perfect pool. Very well-kept garden, with even a small garden. Children's games, swings, outdoor dining area, and grilling. Everything is perfect. We'll be back,

Paola and the family were so friendly. We had the most amazing stay for two nights and wished we had stayed longer. The premesis is stunning and their wine is beautiful. We will be back!

This was hands down my favorite Airbnb of all time! The apartment is absolutely beautiful—immaculately clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The view is truly magical, even better than the photos, which don’t begin to capture how special it really is. What made the experience even more unforgettable were our amazing hosts, Paola and Luca. They were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We were a family of six and this place was extremely comfortable for us all. We loved the pool and used the kitchen to cook several times. We had some of the best food of our whole Italy trip in nearby towns, following the recommendations given to us by Paola. I can’t recommend this place enough—an unforgettable stay in a perfect setting. I’m already planning a couples trip to come back!

Very nice house, clean and well furnished. The upper floor is reserved for guests with spacious rooms, each equipped with its own bathroom and air conditioner, and complete with sheets and towels. The indoor common space (kitchen and table) is a bit limited to the capacity of the rooms, but is still compensated by very large and livable outdoor spaces, with grill, pool and chairs/ lounge chairs. The location is very panoramic, cool and comfortable to go to the sea (the beach is 10-15 minutes away by car). Hanny was very kind and helpful both before and during the stay.

A cute little cottage, very well equipped with a terrace with exceptional views. The pool is clean and accessible. Daniele and his wife are lovely and available people. We highly recommend and also recommend the restaurant (simple and delicious cuisine with great value for money).

We received a very warm welcome from the family. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the outdoor area was perfect for relaxation. Our host, Pia, surprised us several times with freshly baked cakes, eggs from their own chickens, and even an aperitivo by the pool. The garage features a 6–7 kW charger for electric cars, which is a major plus for this area and accommodation. I’d totally recommend staying at the accommodation in this area.
