House vacation rentals in Marche

Easter was of course a risk with the weather. Then we found the villa. A pool heated to 33 degrees - just the solution. Large living and dining area with equally spacious terraces. Enough towels are available, everything is fine. Do not come with the sports cars (the last mile is gravel road) and adjust to the steps to the bedrooms. Then enjoy the tranquility and the view! Dinner at the oil mill is worth the money and the trip. 11 days went by too quickly.

We had a wonderful stay; they were there to greet us. The place was clean quiet and comfortable. The view was wonderful.

Wow! What an incredible property. We loved our time staying at ‘the tower’. It is a beautiful setting among the olives and vines on a hilltop. The surrounding area is beautiful and it’s an easy walk to local vineyards and restaurants. Only one caveat: the WiFi is very weak and not suitable for video calls.

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

Daiana’s place is clean and spacious and in a lovely location. The beds and sofa were very comfortable and Daiana was very responsive and helpful. And flexible with check out. The house could do with a few more basic items which Daiana provided when requested. We were attending an event at the nearby castle so it was as an ideal location. The pool however was still closed for the winter so worth checking in advance.

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

A dream place, the house is very comfortable, quiet and with fabulous views in its surroundings. Fabs sent us description and very useful tips. We would choose your home again!

We were received in a very friendly manner by Caterina's sister. We felt very comfortable in our bungalow. The complex is located in a large, idyllic garden with olive trees. There was plenty of space and everything important is available. We especially enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and the evening barbecue on our terrace

Special stay in Lucia's very spacious apartment, with a beautiful garden and a breathtaking view of the Conero hills. Initially the strong personality of the house took us a little aback, but we were greeted by Gigliola (Lucia's mother) with great kindness. Convenient location for the sea (15-20 minutes) and beautiful excursions (Loreto, Sirolo, Passo del Lupo). Returning to this "home" after our days was a real pleasure. Thanks Lucia! A small, fine rustico. Great well-kept garden with beautiful views. The apartment is sparkling clean, the kitchen has everything you need. A beautiful place for rest and relaxation. Fausto is a reserved, helpful host. We felt very comfortable.

It was the 2nd time we stayed here and it was great again. Next year again:) The asparagus were very tasty ! Thanks, and see you soon

We stayed at Daiane's to explore the coastline and admire the surrounding mountains. Daiane's place was clean, comfortable and I was able to cook all my meals there! Equally there is a parking place which is a bonus. We went to San Benedetto del tronto one of the days which was beautiful, we parked next to the Farmacia Del Porto, on Via Cristoforo Colombo, and it was free to park with shade. There is lots to see and eat, drink, check out the rock sculptures that are on the coastline near the marina! The rest of the time, I enjoyed walking around, there is a 360 viewpoint if the balcony wasn't magnificent enough! :-) just left of the front door up a path. I also went for a walk to Colli del Tronto, had an delicious espresso at Bar Pellape and walked back, watch out for a meadow full of wild flowers on your way! Daiane's was a truly stunning airbnb, a gem, and the snow capped mountains with the 'rolling' hillside scenery 'on your doorstep'/balcony made it all that more special.

Great hostess. Scenic and quiet surroundings. The apartment is beautifully decorated and in perfect condition - the stay was worth every penny.

Our stay at the Limonaia exceeded all expectations!!! It is an incredibly beautiful home with a gorgeous view and in a great location. There are tons of amenities and the house is very comfortable. Francesca was the kindest, most responsive host, attentive to every possible need and question that we had. We wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you, Francesca!!!

A quiet neighborhood with wonderful hosts who make you feel at home from day one. The perfect place for real relaxation. Our dog appreciated the daily company of sweet Memole in the garden. Clean, comfortable, the surroundings of the house are a feast for the senses!Matteo, Marusca and Eva were very friendly and helpful in every matter. Beautiful rustic nestled in the green hills near Urbino. Ideal for sightseeing in and around the city. Mara was extremely kind and friendly. The perfect anti-stress place for those looking for a stay in tranquility and peace.

In May 2025, we spent a week at Federica's - it was a wonderful time The apartment is spacious, super clean and in reality more beautiful than shown in the photos. The large terrace, where you can directly look out over the beautiful olive garden. A quiet environment, but the location is perfect for exploring the area. 15 minutes by car to Perugia - but Umbria is not only Perugia: Assisi - simply a must, then also e.g. Gubbio, Sansepolcro, Cortona, Spello and much more. Fantastic architecture, churches, palaces, museums with countless masterpieces by artists, which you can otherwise only read about in books or catalogs. Our hostess - Federica is an exceptionally friendly, nice and helpful person, she gave us many interesting tips, that have greatly enriched our vacation. Overall, absolutely recommended - it makes you feel right at home- we would love to come back anytime. Our rating 5 stars + Best regards from Joanna and Bogdan.

We loved everything about our stay! The apartment is located in a beautiful scenery, as you can see in the pictures. It was spacious and clean, the kitchen was very well-equipped. The two dogs were a highlight for us; very sweet and friendly. We recommend staying at Paolo's 100% and will gladly come back!

Roberta was very kind, the house is in a charming location surrounded by the greenery of Umbria. Accommodation equipped with all comforts, including a delicious cake for breakfast!

We stayed with our little dog in May. Excellent studio apartment and beautiful location, especially very quiet and peaceful, despite the relative proximity of a residential area and the street. Maddalena left us their local products in the kitchen, for a hearty breakfast. The proximity to the beautiful Umbrian villages is very convenient. Highly recommended!
