Vacation rentals with breakfast in Province of Fermo

Room in country house, really very quiet area. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly. Very good breakfast both sweet and savory varies every day, really great homemade sweets. Highly recommended!!

Very grateful to have been welcomed by Paolo’s family who were completely accommodating of me. The attic conversion was comfortable and private but my highlight was the very affectionate dog!

This is a lovely bnb in a beautiful setting. The views are incredible, from our bedroom we watched fireworks that were on the coast! Sea and Mountain Views and an easy walk up the hill to a quaint and very historic hill top village, Ripatransone. We found the most narrow alley in Italy there! We enjoyed caffè and delicious meals in authentic bars and cafes, and a farm based restaurant. Maria is a very kind and generous host, helping us with restaurant bookings and recommendations, as well as giving us her home grown fruit, eggs and delicious olive oil. We arrived to a tasty freshly baked cake! The apartment is very comfortable and spacious. I highly recommend this bnb for anyone who would want to be farm based, but very close to the beautiful beaches of the area.

Beautiful,big house in Italian style with amazing history,meticulously restored by owners and equipped with taste. Located on the side of Servigliano.Host open,nice,available online ;)We were surrounded by great care,tips, suggestions for a stay, sightseeing, etc. It also goes beyond the standard.The design of the house makes air conditioning is not necessary even at the 40oC heat that prevail during our stay.The house is surrounded by quite a large garden and the terrain, which gives a great sense of freedom.Because the house is located directly at the road of noise is not burdensome, on the second day we have not paid attention to it. Who can relax from the hustle and bustle of resorts and feel the atmosphere of Italy !

Carla and her sons are wonderful hosts! The whole property is a dream, from the pool to the fantastic restaurant - where you are spoiled with culinary delights! We would love to come back!

Lovely, comfortable flat, all the necessary amenities for a family….. wonderful location. Close to the beach, pizzeria, supermarket and local funfair. Everything needed for a holiday for a small family. Air conditioning made the time in the flat very comfortable. Alessandro was very accommodating and extended the check-out time to accommodate our flight. When we return to Lido di Fermo, we would love to stay here again. Highly recommend.

the apartment is new, very nice ,well furnished and has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. convenient to reach is surrounded by greenery and peace of the Marche hills with enchanting views of the Sibillini mountains. the owners are nice and very helpful people, rich and good breakfast and they met my wife's vegan needs even welcoming to animals

This appartment was very tidy and lovely, equipped with everything you need. Stefano is a great host and there when you needed him. We had a great stay!

Optimal stay

Small studio right in the center, it was simple but had everything you need and was very clean. The host was very punctual and helpful.

We loved our stay at the Art and Sea Apartment and highly recommend to others. The location is quiet and convenient with the beach, a grocery store and fantastic seafood restaurant (Il Faro) in easy walking distance. The space was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated, with plentiful amenities. Paola was a gracious and attentive host. Translation apps helped us bridge the Italian/English communication gap. Five stars!

Clean, well-maintained structure, located a few minutes from the center of Sarnano and very easy to reach. The location allows you to visit several villages and/or hike of different difficulties, thus giving the opportunity to get to know a very interesting territory. In the property you can relax and cool off in the pool, read in total tranquility in the shade of the trees, or use the barbecue available. The owner is very helpful and always has tips on possible itineraries. Definitely a recommended place to stay for humans and dogs.

The owner Riccardo is very friendly, kind and helpful to the needs of the guest. I highly recommend everyone to stay with him.

It was perfect! Simone is very kind and explained everything to us. Spacious room with air conditioning and a balcony. Small fridge in the room, very convenient given the heat. We'll be back!

An incredibly magical place. . If you are looking for a B&B in its original form, Fabio & Family& Friends is just right. In any case, we felt that it was 100% " matched". Even the reception was incredibly warm and despite the language barrier, Fabio's mother welcomed us with affection. The accommodation itself is incredibly tasteful and individually furnished. Secluded and quiet we spent relaxing days here. We will certainly be repeat offenders - as guests and left as friends.

The hostess wasn't home right now, but a good friend of hers. This one was very likeable, a warm-hearted dear person. She did the right thing in order to make our stay as pleasant as possible, which was a great success. Everything was beautifully tastefully decorated, the breakfast table a true splendor. The house is very quietly located on a beautiful large rather natural property with lots of seating in the sun and in the shade. Our room was nice and clean. We felt very comfortable there

Danieles place was excellent, in stunning countryside with a lovely pool and someone was always around to help or advice. Ample of parking, buffet breakfast and a dinning room in the evening which was lovely and meant we didn’t have to go out. Daniele and his wife were lovely.

The details are extremely well cared for, from the exteriors equipped with every comfort to be able to spend a few days of relaxation to the interiors (very comfortable mattress and great cleanliness). Both savory and sweet breakfast is made with excellent products, cooked by Marco, an extremely kind host. The location allows you to visit several villages and the surrounding beaches. highly recommended!
