Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Province of Fermo

We had an absolutely wonderful week in this house in Italy. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome basket filled with delicacies prepared by our hosts, including a freshly made cake, simply delicious! A delicate touch that set the perfect tone for our stay. The house is superb, perfectly equipped and offers all the comforts necessary for a carefree stay. The setting is exceptional. From the terrace, we were able to enjoy stunning views of the Italian countryside, ideal for unforgettable moments of relaxation. The serenity of the place allowed us to disconnect completely and savor every moment. Our hosts were very available, always ready to answer any questions we had or resolve any concerns. We leave with our hearts filled with wonderful memories and with the certain desire to return. Thanks for the exceptional hospitality.

We have been to this beautiful place for the 3rd time, and will come back here again and again as the air, atmosphere and the Casali are very lovingly and constantly maintained. Olive trees, vines all around with 2 well-kept pools, we didn't even drive to the sea so nice is it just relax there and indeed it is a wonderful silence. The dirt road to the houses is a small challenge with lowered cars in the first 3tel (community road), once they have driven the way, they quickly get the hang of which is the ideal line. A cute little cottage, very well equipped with a terrace with exceptional views. The pool is clean and accessible. Daniele and his wife are lovely and available people. We highly recommend and also recommend the restaurant (simple and delicious cuisine with great value for money).

Very beautiful setting, beautiful breathtaking views with beautiful sunsets. Luxury home and all amenities available, only few comfortable seating inside the house, 1 sofa for 2 people. There are a lot of mosquitoes, which makes sitting outside for a while during the day or in the evening not pleasant. Rachelle and her husband are really very hospitable and thoughtful.

The property is highly recommended, especially with children. The pool, the animals and the many playgrounds were great. Tolentino, Macerata are also worth a visit. The hosts were easy to reach and helpful.

Beautiful house set up with a lot of care, from the living room with a well-equipped kitchen, to the terrace overlooking the pool with the wonderful view. Thanks to Maria and Gianfilippo, very discreet and available if needed.

We had a fantastic week at Vincenzina and Angelo's place. The apartment and pool were pristine and the kids absolutely loved the pool. They created a really open and lovely atmosphere amongst the guests, many of whom return again and again. The real highlight was the evening meal they prepared for the guests, with beautiful homemade food and wine. Their incredibly talented son Piero played for us and several musicians amongst the guests joined in, including our 11 yr old son! A very memorable evening! The area stood out for the old cities on the hilltops. Fermo was particularly beautiful as was Montalto. Grottemarre beach was great for the kids and the old town there was spectacular too. We also visited the natural thermal baths nearby too. Mama Rosa just a 5 min drive away was one of the best meals we had in Italy. One day we would hope to return. Thank you Vincenzina, Angelo and Piero for such a memorable stay.

Everything about the villa was perfect and beyond our expectations. Alessandro was a friendly and very attentive host. The villa was as beautiful as the pictures, it was spacious, exceptionally clean, well maintained and well equipped for everything we needed during our stay. The views from the villa were stunning and only a 10 min drive to the sea with some lovely local vineyards to visit for wine tasting nibbles. Moresco was a beautiful medieval village only 10 mins drive away and well worth a visit. Thank you for everything, we hope to be back soon!

A beautiful house in stunning rural surroundings. This is the perfect house for those who want peace and quiet. Host Giampiero is an incredibly sociable guy who wants to provide the best experience when staying in his house. He responds quickly and fixes what's needed. The only thing I have to postpone on my stay was that it wasn't clear from the listing that there was an external annex with 2 beds. This annex should be upgraded due to a fairly extensive moisture issue. In addition, unfortunately, 8 persons received ear infection during the first week due to poor water quality in the pool. Overall, though, it was an amazing stay where Gianpiero really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.

The house is very charming and the secluded location offers plenty of privacy and space for our loudly playing children. The number of loungers and seating outside is great. The saltwater pool is super nice and pleasant . It is not enough for proper swimming, rather splashing and refreshing. The house is special, the decor is functional. For very small children with the gallery in the children's room and the steps difficult. Our youngest is 4, that wasn't a problem. The terrace is great for sitting together! Great view! The road is clearly audible, which should not bother you. There is very little room for improvement...with the kitchen equipment. (Sharp knife/number of cutting boards,..) And a few more mosquito nets. Unfortunately, a few windows do not have a terrace door and bathrooms. We were far too short to explore the surrounding area. You can certainly spend a week busy with beach excursions, looking at castles, towns, Fernando knows and has lots of tips!

This house was paradise. Beautiful location. Only negative is getting there.. it was a little difficult at first and with the steep hill going down to the house it wasn’t always easy to get down and up the hill. Everything else was beautiful. The house was clean and nice and there was everything we needed in there I would definitely come back here.

A noteworthy welcome regarding cleanliness and order. Beautiful structure, fantastic place and above all the hosts were available and very kind to fulfill our requests. Also at the end of the stay they wanted to say goodbye with a bottle of local wine. Really great people, We hope to be able to stay in their facility again in the future. The house is in a great location for those looking for tranquility between the Marche hills and the sea, from there not far. Thanks again. 🔝❤️

Extraordinary villa, with attention to the smallest details and equipped with all the amenities imaginable. Nothing is really missing: every room has been designed to offer a unique experience, which makes the stay unforgettable. The pool is simply spectacular, perfect for moments of total relaxation. Valentina and Andrea are exceptional hosts, always kind and available for every need, without ever being intrusive. Their hospitality makes the atmosphere even more pleasant and familiar. Although the sea is about a 15-minute drive away, the tranquility and beauty of the villa more than compensate for the distance. A highly recommended place for those who want a vacation full of comfort, relaxation and views

We stayed at Villa Silente for a week and had a really good time. The house is spacious, well-maintained, and very clean. The pool is definitely the highlight: large, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a day around. The exterior is also very nice, with plenty of space to eat outdoors or just enjoy some tranquility. The area is quiet and surrounded by greenery, but at the same time not too isolated – by car you can easily reach all the amenities. The owners were helpful and attentive, without being intrusive. A nice experience, which we would definitely recommend to those looking for a relaxing vacation in a beautiful location.

Such a beautiful house! The gorgeous photos do not even do it justice. A perfect place for a big family or group of friends. Maria-Luisa is an extremely helpful, informative and friendly host. I would heartily recommend to anyone looking to holiday in the region.
