With separate bedroom, ensuite shower room and lounge/diner, this Annex has a small fridge, an inverter microwave oven, a 2 ring hob and a 32" TV. Wifi is available. Locally, we have great food and world class diving, surfing, golf, cycle paths and walks.

Ideal for exploring the Lothians /Northumbria, or to just chill. Farm track road so please note the lower end of the road is prone to potholes in sections.

Located within the historic village of Athelstanford you are at the founding site of Scotland's flag. Within a few miles, you have the market town of Haddington and to the North the beautiful seaside town of North Berwick. The nearby coastline has numerous world class golf courses, walking routes and amazing beaches. Drem or North Berwick railway stations are closest.

Beautiful, quaint 16th century cottage, lovingly restored as a dedicated holiday cottage. Located in the heart of an old farm guests can enjoy peace and quiet, beautiful views and owners on site. The cottage has benefited from a complete refurb in 2020 and an enclosed private garden. We sit directly on the river bank and walkway to Haddington and East Linton and a bus link directly into Edinburgh in 45 mins. We are around 15mins drive to the coast and North Berwick.
