Jorge is very attentive, he answered us whenever we need. The place is cozy (the bed and pillows VERY comfortable), clean, organized. He thought of utensils that some hosts do not provide such as: washer and dryer, dryer, iron, and that I believe have made a huge difference.

Wonderful apartment, everything perfect, brand new as advertised... Markets and restaurant close to the place... only the deck upstairs was under maintenance, but you could use the pool normally... Samantha always responded quickly... we thank you and will be back soon

It was a great trip with our children and their girlfriends. Everyone was very happy and they liked the house too much. The house is an oasis! The beach is practically deserted. For those looking for a quiet spot, this is the ideal one. We love spending the weekend. We relax and enjoy with family.

Romain's house was the perfect place for our stay in Picinguaba. In the left corner of the beach, the house is isolated from the center of the village and you feel alone in nature. From the huge wooden balcony, you can see a beautiful view of the other end of the beach and the entire neighboring stretch of the São Paulo coast, as well as the Serras do Mar and Bocaina on the horizon. The house was impeccably clean, the furniture and kitchen utensils well maintained. Romain was still super helpful and quick to respond, even though he was far away, and the people responsible for the house (Gal and Cacau) were friendly and helpful at check-in and check-out. The house still has access to a charming and delightful stone beach for relaxing away from human presence. We'll be back more often for sure!

The house is a delight, very large, amazing view and good location. The sea in front of the house is rough, but with a 10-minute walk you reach Cocanha, which is an excellent beach for swimming. The beach in front of the house is not crowded even during holidays, providing plenty of privacy. The house next door may have noisy guests.

We were delighted with the house of Letícia in Ubatuba! Everything was impeccable — from the cleaning to the smallest details prepared with great care. The reception was wonderful, we felt at home from the first moment. Letícia was extremely attentive, helpful and kind throughout the stay. The experience was perfect in every way. Simply incredible, impossible to describe the beauty, the impeccable house, a wonderful visit, the great beach for bathing, Silvia a friendliness, Rogério the homemade, always available to help. For 4x4 lovers the way is a great adventure, but very quiet, we went with children and a 3-month-old baby. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful house in the middle of the nature and very close to the sea. We spent an amazing week there to work and surf. Everything was perfect. All is made to live a very good time here. I can only recommend.

We had a great stay at the Lais property. The Coverage is much more cozy and beautiful than the photos suggest. Decoration of great taste other than the property has all kinds of utensils you may need and everything in state again. We love the comfort, the charm of this property and especially the spectacular view of the beach. As for the host has helped us a lot with precious tips from the area, I hope to come back again. The condominium has a leisure area with a soap pool. Gratidão Lais for providing us with wonderful days in your coverage.

Excellent, defines the stay from the first to the last day, impeccable attention from Sergio, I felt at home, because the apartment offers all the necessary amenities for everyday life on the coast and after a day at the beach to end with a good dip in the pool that besides being wonderful is heated.
