I love the beach where the cottage is located, it's peaceful, and Carlos' accommodation was a great experience! When we went it wasn't very hot, so there weren't many insects and the weather was pleasant. For those who like to be on the sand, it's an amazing place to spend a few days. It would surely come back!

The house is an oasis! The beach is practically deserted. For those looking for a quiet spot, this is the ideal one. We love spending the weekend. We relax and enjoy with family.

An incredible view and a super well-equipped space. The location is very private and at the same time close to many shops. Delivery also works very well if you prefer to order meals without leaving home. The only point of attention: if you intend to work from home and depend on a VPN connection, it is good to plan your schedule because depending on the weather the network is very unstable, but for home use it works very well. I ended up reducing time on the VPN and focusing on offline tasks the day I needed to. I loved meeting and highly recommend! Looking forward to coming back.

What a wonderful experience to spend the weekend at the house! My boyfriend and I were very well received by Flavia and her husband, a very nice couple, and Flavia made a point of helping us with anything we needed. The house is breathtakingly beautiful and with a lot of attention to detail in the decoration. It has a family home feel. The upstairs bedroom and bathtub were a big plus and we were very comfortable. The proximity to the beach was sensational and being able to hear the waves breaking from the house was priceless! We highly recommend staying at this house and we will definitely come back to take the family with us.

8 days immersed in nature with comfort and safety! 10-star rating for the cleanliness of the house: for sheets/towels/blankets and new covers (we used them!)/kitchen utensils/deck/outdoor and indoor space... The view is incredible (from everywhere in the house!), the house is much better than in the photos, it has a unique and cozy decor! We cooked (it has everything!), we barbecued, we ordered delivery (recommended by Fabio), we had the presence of all the birds in the photos, toucan, squirrel... enjoying nature and the immensity of the sea from the deck is divine! Excellent wifi (we worked in meetings at one point, all 4 of us, and the Internet worked perfectly!). Fabio was always very present for any need (we spent beautiful days!) his prior guidance is essential: we used all the recommended paths to the beach (the walk is worth every minute), we went to the island in front, we played dominoes/bingo (which were available in the house), we used frescobol/beach chair/his sun guard! wait for us Fabio! we'll be back!

Our place was wonderful. Super attentive and helpful Neide. Check in and check out super quiet. The apartment is very clean, organized, basic utensils, close to the beach and supermarkets. Very good leisure area in the condominium, with access to a swimming pool, park and ice maker. We are already planning to return and referring to friends.

Isabela was wonderful, answering all our thousands of questions. During the entire stay, it was extremely solicited. Roberta, who is the person who helps with housework, is a love. We love being with her. Prosa good, good service. Maria and Helena's food is very good!!! Now the house…. The house is much better than in the pictures. It can be a notion, but live the atmosphere is even bigger, there is absolutely nothing ugly in the house! Comfortable rooms, clean bathrooms, and on top of that, all beautiful. Impeccable decoration. We were in 24 people and everyone loved everything! Dream House Really!!! The Lazaro beach is beautiful, super quiet for the family with a child because there is no wave. Jonas' house was impeccable, beautiful and cozy as in the photos, very quiet and safe place, excellent internet, large house, in short, we love each day of our stay.

The house is in a quiet, family neighborhood in the middle of the Atlantic Forest and close to Brava da Fortaleza beach. The description is very assertive and the house matches all that was described. Even with some observations from other guests: the furniture in general is not very comfortable, although it is enough for what it proposes. There are a lot of utensils and appliances. There is a nearby grocery store, in addition to a cafeteria, with delivery service. Zélia (indicated by Solange, for local support) was always attentive to any questions. The beach is a separate invitation. A low profile environment amidst the chaos of the summer season in Ubatuba. Few people, calm waters with some waves (in a few days until a surf), white sands, leafy trees... All the best!!!

Flávia was super attentive from the moment I closed the house, provided all the information and guidance. The house is very nice, even better than in the photos. The view you have of the beach and the Atlantic Forest is wonderful. The house is super well equipped, I think one of the most complete I've ever been to in terms of kitchen utensils. As previously reported, the house is really on a hillside, not recommended for people with limited mobility or the elderly. The only inconvenience - which is beyond flavia's control - was that on the day of arrival it was raining, so we had difficulty getting up with the cars, we had to take all the bags and go up on foot, and only after that we managed to get the car up to the house. We had an amazing weekend, I'll definitely be back!

We loved our stay in the condo! The house is super spacious, very bright and well equipped. The condominium is very beautiful and close to the beach. We were very well received and treated by Thiago, the person responsible for taking care of the place. In addition, Dalva, who was extremely helpful, was always ready to answer any questions we had, making our arrival and stay peaceful! We definitely plan to return on our next visit to Ubatuba.

The house is great, it matches the photos and the description, besides being spacious it is very cozy, my family and I were very well accommodated and had a lot of fun, the house is well located, it is very close to the beach and you can go on foot, the view from the pool to the garden is beautiful, besides having everything we need in the kitchen, the local shops are also very close, we did everything on foot and we didn't need a car. The housekeeper Raquel is a sweetheart, she helped us a lot and Flávio helped us whenever we needed, in addition to giving us excellent tips on the beaches. We'll be back for sure...

The apartment is perfect! The location could not be better. Extremely clean, well-equipped, excellent bed and bath linens and kitchen with all the necessary utensils. The beds are very comfortable, air conditioning cooling well and the gas shower is a delight. Marcos is an excellent host. We hope to return soon.

The apartment is nice and quiet. It is close to the center and the most reserved beaches, by car. The location is the same as the photos and descriptions, all instructions were provided. We love our days on Airbnb.

Vanessa is very attentive, the house is excellent, and sleeping with the sound of the sea and walking on the waterfront did a lot of good for me and my husband. We also enjoyed the pool on the day it was cloudy. The stay was worth it and we plan to return, for sure!
