My stay was simply perfect! The space is super pleasant, with a charming exterior decoration, full of plants, as well as a very convenient parking lot. The interior of the house is also very well decorated, bringing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The site is air-conditioned, which made all the difference. The kitchen is complete, very well-equipped, and both the room and the bathroom were impeccable. The apartment exactly matches the available photos. I went with a group of 9 people and we settled in perfectly in the apartment. The space is very good and beautiful, it has beds for everyone, 3 new bathrooms, a large living room and a large table. In addition, there are various amenities, such as appliances, washing machine, oven, stove, kettle, mixer... the building's parking lot and leisure area. The beach of Toninhas, where the apartment is located, does not have much structure (few kiosks and street vendors), it is very close to the place, we went on foot, but at night, for example, there is nothing in front of the condominium to do... We always used a car to go to other beaches and at night we also went by car to Itaguá (about 10 minutes) or to the large beach (4 minutes). Despite this, the condominium has many leisure facilities, swimming pool, sauna, several courts, garden... it's excellent. We loved the stay!

We had a great weekend at this stay, I hope we'll be back and next time with good weather. It really is very close to the beach, it is in the condominium on Sapê beach and it was very easy to access the beach to see the sunrise and sunset with a great walk. The apartment is well organized, we just missed more pots, as there were only two pots and two frying pans. And since we got rainy days, the TV has no cable channels and the open TV signal was very bad, making it impossible to watch anything. Mr. Ademilson and Suely attended to us promptly whenever we needed them.
