Check in and out flexible. About 7-10 minutes from the beach on foot. Swimming pool and wonderful view. Unique experience! We'll be back for sure

Security in the Compound is tight, sometimes too picky when it comes to guests entering the premises, even for a day visit. Plan ahead and register them in advance. The stay at Elsa's place was excellent. The photos correspond to reality. All environments are large, very clean and nice . The furniture and utensils are in great condition, and the decoration is very tasteful. The condominium is very safe, and close to it has supermarkets, pharmacies and commerce in general. I, and my family are passionate about Lazaro beach, and the stay at Elsa's place helped us have a great experience.

Our stay at Carlos' house was excellent! The house is beautiful, with a decor full of personality and life, which conveys the cozy feeling of being at home. It is super comfortable, equipped with all the necessary utensils for a quiet stay. The surroundings are surrounded by nature, very quiet and located in a safe neighborhood. There is a grocery store on the corner, which makes everyday life much easier, and the beach is just a 5-minute walk away. In addition, both Carlos and Leandro were extremely helpful and responded super fast whenever we needed. Check-in and check-out were very flexible, which made our arrival and departure much easier. It was an amazing experience and we certainly want to go back!

Simply one of the best trips we've ever taken, the family loved it. Hotel DNA has everything for a family, from heated swimming pools to a playroom for children. The apartment was impeccable, we felt completely at home. Joelma responds extremely quickly and was very kind and attentive. We already have a place to stay in Ubatuba, we'll be back for sure !!!

The house is really nice. It has everything, nice, comfortable rooms, close to the beach, a delight. Communication with Guilherme was also easy and quick, and it was sympathetic even with some problems we had. Any little something was resolved quickly, I recommend.

We stayed from Friday to Sunday, since we arrived we already had a great reception from the concierge, very friendly and helpful doormen, parking area is free to stop wherever you want, we were lucky to always have a spot in front of our block, now speaking of leisure the pool was very warm, I used it at night and it was very cold, but I managed to stay good because it was air-conditioned, there is also a game room with ping-pong, foosball and 2 pool tables, another room with tables to play cards and checkers, and there is also a gym, I found everything very organized in terms of the condominium, but the apartment itself was excellent, everything clean, working, warm shower in the 2 bathrooms, there were cleaning items, (broom, shovel, squeegee, cloth, trash, sponges...) in the rooms there was a pillow, warm blanket, comfortable bed, and black out curtains, the only thing that didn't work for me was the 110 outlets, which when used turned off the power of the apartment and I needed to turn it on again, but everything was perfect, thank you

Very good for family trips, especially with children, easy access to the beach, spacious house. We only had a problem with a lack of water in the showers due to a leak, but it was resolved quickly!

We simply love our stay on the site! The place is even bigger than it looks in the photos and, at the same time, much more cozy. Vitor and his family were extremely receptive and polite, leaving us totally at ease and always responding to us very quickly and attentively whenever we need to. We love being in a space that overflows memories — it is possible to feel in each corner the care and the stories that exist there. It was a great trip with our children and their girlfriends. Everyone was very happy and they liked the house too much. A gourmet kitchen allowed each to make their favorite dish and also a special barbecue. Everything was perfect and we are grateful to our host Renato and his assistant Israel. Thanks!

Wonderful stay! The house is very cozy, just like in the photos! Everyone loved and the children loved to look for Easter ovaries for the vases of the rs house. In the house there are several games, if they catch days of rain rs. The building is complete with all possible appliances. VERY close to the beach and there are several stalls of pastel, green corn, ice cream, etc., a wonder. Nearby has futevolei and beach tennis courts. Silvia was so kind and easy to communicate! This house is such a special location, we loved staying in this architectural gem! The glass fronts offer stunning views over the sea, you are surrounded by the jungle-like nature and animals. The beaches nearby are absolutely stunning, just note that the food options in walkable distance are closed at night. We had a really wonderful, relaxed and quite time in Felix, exploring the neighborhood, surfing, hanging by the beach and of course enjoying our livingroom views! Also communication with the hosts was super smooth and quick and check-in was very easy, would 100% recommend staying here!

The house is in a quiet, family neighborhood in the middle of the Atlantic Forest and close to Brava da Fortaleza beach. The description is very assertive and the house matches all that was described. Even with some observations from other guests: the furniture in general is not very comfortable, although it is enough for what it proposes. There are a lot of utensils and appliances. There is a nearby grocery store, in addition to a cafeteria, with delivery service. Zélia (indicated by Solange, for local support) was always attentive to any questions. The beach is a separate invitation. A low profile environment amidst the chaos of the summer season in Ubatuba. Few people, calm waters with some waves (in a few days until a surf), white sands, leafy trees... All the best!!!

The house is a delight, very large, amazing view and good location. The sea in front of the house is rough, but with a 10-minute walk you reach Cocanha, which is an excellent beach for swimming. The beach in front of the house is not crowded even during holidays, providing plenty of privacy. The house next door may have noisy guests.
