Great apartment, very spacious and comfortable, the rooms are good and the bathrooms are large, but they do not provide towels. Kitchen with all the utensils, spacious outdoor area and a beautiful view, very faithful to the photos. We really liked it, I recommend it and I'll be back next time.

We went as a family and our stay was excellent. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing, it has an excellent location within the condominium: close to the beach and in front of the market that the condominium has (which, by the way, has a fair price). The view from the balcony is of the mountains, which brings a lot of calm to the apartment. The car is parked in the garage and the entire check-in process was excellent. I recommend it!

The house is excellent, everything works perfectly, beautiful and modern as in the photos, not to mention the impeccable cleanliness of the property. We were very well received, attentive and polite staff. The condominium is very beautiful, it has a very good space for children to play. Sununga beach was very busy, Lázaro beach is great for children and very beautiful too. Nothing to complain about, just an observation that I think is interesting to make. The garage of the house we stayed in is a little tight, we went in two cars, a Toro and a Fastback, the Toro did not fit, the Fastback was just right. Even so, there is another positive point, Milton was very helpful in solving it, and on the same day he arranged a parking space in one of the condominium's garages so that I could park my car. I think it's a good idea to check availability before traveling. The house, the hosts and the staff are top notch.

Excellent house as advertised, safe, airy, no smell, main item for those with allergic family members, we only used the car to go to other beaches, the main services of the beach can be reached on foot, flexibility in the time of entry and exit, host gets a 10. We will definitely go back and indicate .

Romain's house was the perfect place for our stay in Picinguaba. In the left corner of the beach, the house is isolated from the center of the village and you feel alone in nature. From the huge wooden balcony, you can see a beautiful view of the other end of the beach and the entire neighboring stretch of the São Paulo coast, as well as the Serras do Mar and Bocaina on the horizon. The house was impeccably clean, the furniture and kitchen utensils well maintained. Romain was still super helpful and quick to respond, even though he was far away, and the people responsible for the house (Gal and Cacau) were friendly and helpful at check-in and check-out. The house still has access to a charming and delightful stone beach for relaxing away from human presence. We'll be back more often for sure!

Loved staying at Luciana’s beautiful condo in Ubatuba! It has all the creature comforts of home, super central location to plenty of restaurants, shops and beaches. Grateful Luciana was able to loan us some bath towels are they are not included originally. As a host Luciana is gracious and very helpful! If you’re looking for a charming, peaceful retreat look no further!

I loved the stay! Mariara was extremely kind and attentive from the start. The place is beautiful, surrounded by lots of greenery, super quiet and perfect for resting. It's in a condominium, but with easy access. It seems to be a safe place. The bedding was great, super comfortable, and the house had everything we needed to cook with practicality. There are supermarkets nearby, the neighborhood is close to the center and easy access to the mountains. It was a wonderful experience, I would definitely come back!

Our stay at Hilda's place was simply amazing! The house is beautiful, very well equipped and surrounded by nature, on a plot with spectacular sea views. Everything there conveys comfort and peace, exactly what is expected of a beach house. We feel safe and enjoy every dawn, waking up early to watch the sun rise in the ocean. One of the highlights was the direct access from the terrain to the rocks by the sea, from where we could admire the waves and the sunrise. Hilda was a great host, always attentive and agile in answering any question, which made us feel very well taken care of. And Emerson, who takes care of the house, always welcomed us with a smile and even gave us fresh bananas! It was a shame our stay was short, because we would have stayed longer! Not only do we highly recommend to those who want to stay close to Itamambuca beach, but we will definitely return one day.

i spent seven days with my husband and son in Gisele's apartment, right away when I entered the apartment I felt like it was all very organized and the smell of a clean house was super cozy, I was surprised by the reception even from afar she made a point of being super receptive, she left a welcome card and a few chocons. It was in communication all the time to know if it was all right if I was enjoying it if I had slept well without words, she is a super nice and educated person, not to mention that she sent me directions about the best beaches. About the apartment only positive things all new, complete kitchen left nothing to wish for, the condominium is also top everyone respects the super quiet rules I had no problem for me so far it was the best trip I've ever made by Airbnb beaches, top apartment, I don't see the time to come back again.
