Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Portoferraio

Heidi's cottage is a small gem, located in a quiet and private location but very close (5-minute drive) to the town of Porto Azzurro where you can find everything you need (supermarkets, restaurants, shops...). The view from the house is wonderful and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The house is small but very clean, equipped with every comfort and welcoming, perfectly in line with the description and photos provided by Heidi. We had a great time! Our little dog loved the garden and the dog beach right under the house! The only small flaw as far as our habits were concerned was the fact that it was not possible to completely darken the bedrooms and therefore the light in the morning woke us up quite early! Heidi was always extremely quick and kind in her responses and, although distant, available whenever we needed her.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is located directly in the center of Capoliveri, close to all shops and restaurants. A special mention for kitchen accessories and all available amenities. Even the dishes are beautiful, which is quite rare in an Airbnb. We also appreciated having umbrellas available. It's certain that Birgit has the attention to detail and does everything to make guests feel at home.

We had a very peaceful, happy time at Chiara’s. The place is roomy, we’ll equipped, and quiet. Chiara responded quickly to all of our questions.

Silvia's house is very nice, equipped, clean and in a unique location: terrace with sunset over the sea, really very impressive. Mr. Marino is kind and helpful: he gave us useful tips for taking beautiful walks (ring path of the old cellars of Chiessi: a wonder for the eyes: I highly recommend it!) We had a very good time with everything: magical island, impeccable house, the town center within walking distance, the very welcoming locals… in short, good vibes 🤗 We will definitely be back. ⛵️

We spent 6 days with our two dachshunds in Stefano and Paola's house. The house is for two people and corresponds to what is indicated. Our dogs were safe as everything is closed. Very quiet, relaxing and discreet place. The beach, the center, and the excellent restaurants are within walking distance, thus avoiding the use of the car. Paola and Stefano were very kind and always ready to respond to any request for information. Everything was perfect, thank you very much to both of you for your hospitality, we will definitely be back. Strictly recommended. Mirella and Paolo

A great house with a great location to spend a nice time with the family on Elba. The sea can be reached on foot in 10 minutes and there is also a small supermarket in 5 minutes by bike. Cities such as Portoferraio or Porto Azzuro can all be reached in about 15 minutes by car. The house even includes bikes with child seats and a BBQ. The house is very modern and also perfectly divided with the 2 bathrooms. Everything is also very well maintained and everything looks super new. Like I said, everything is perfect.

Amazing place to spend holiday with family, great position in front of the porto azzurro marina. A lot of restaurants near by. Highly recommended!

The hostess Chiara was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to questions. The apartment is really spotless and everything is available and in good condition. A beautiful panoramic view with sunrises and the town of Rio nell'Elba were impressive. The private parking is very safe. The place is recommended. Thanks, Jane, for the hospitality.

The elevated position of the house allows very nice views of the village of Capoliveri and the sea in the southwest and northeast. Large terrace, cozy place to rest on the sofa or sun loungers or to eat at the table with panoramic views. Two bathrooms are practical and spacious, the kitchen compact and functional for this apartment size. The village is easily reached on foot, the ascent is also easy to manage after dinner in the village. The parking space in the garage is very convenient. Unfortunately, no bed, kitchen or bath linens are offered, these must be brought along.

A great apartment with beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. The beach is a 5-minute walk away by foot. Robert is a wonderful, very friendly host. We enjoyed our time here! Thank you so much Robert!

The entire outdoor area is very spacious and designed with a lot of love for detail, Chris really has style and obviously enjoys offering her guests a perfect accommodation. The pool for only 2 apartments is truly unique, extremely clean and of high quality material. The special thing about it is that the water heats up to almost 30 degrees during the day and is still 25-26 degrees in the evening and that at the beginning of June. 15 min. walk to the sandy beach Lido, the cities Portoferrairo, Capoliveri, and Porto Azzuro can be reached in less than 20 min., all in all a perfect accommodation, 100 percent recommendation.

We had a very nice stay at Marianna's, especially the view and the proximity to the beach were great. Communication was also great and Marianna always responded quickly.

We have felt very comfortable in Nisportino. Cristiano and Sofia are warm, helpful and always easy to reach. Here are a few personal (!) pluses and minuses: + Mosquito nets on all windows + Air conditioning in the bedrooms + Flexible, earlier arrival was possible + We were able to share the terrace of the vacant apartment + Small bay with nice pebbles, both in the morning and in the afternoon we found a shady spot + Outside shower for after the beach - A bit remote for excursions around the island - Pillows were very thin and hard - Restaurant on the beach was closed (early October) - A few more basics in the kitchen would be great, like bowls or a toaster - Wifi was only available in one place on the neighboring terrace, unfortunately we had no mobile reception anywhere either

Diana and her family are very quick and friendly to everything, very good service. The apartment is located slightly above the beach on a street, which you hardly hear at all and therefore does not disturb it. The beach is a 1-2-minute walk. The apartment is very well equipped, nothing is missing. We grilled in the garden, which also worked great. We had a nice cat in front of the door or in the garden at all times, which did not bother us, but perhaps worth mentioning with allergies. All in all, a great stay.

Very nice apartment and well equipped, we especially liked the large veranda. The apartment is quiet and you are in the center in 10 minutes' walk, a supermarket (Conad) is right by the apartment, very convenient. We were on the island without a car and everything worked out just fine with the buses. Thank you Paola!

A group of 6 guys stayed at the house for three nights and four days. The house was clean, with everything you need both in terms of sheets and towels, and for the kitchen, which is very well stocked. Comfortable beds in all rooms and two clean bathrooms with large showers. The area is great as it is a 10-minute drive from the center of Marciana Marina and also has private access to a beach that can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The outdoor garden area allows you to dine or lunch outside under the gazebo, with a truly priceless view of the sea. Very positive experience that we hope to repeat in the future, thanks also to the kindness and availability of the host. Amazing value for money.

Very nice, modern and sparkling clean accommodation in a beautiful and spacious hotel complex in a quiet location. We enjoyed our stay and Simona was a great host. It was just a pity that the pool area was not yet open in mid-April. Thank you, dear Simona, we will definitely come back someday!

Everything met expectations

Located 3 minutes from the sea, a short walk from downtown and in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We made a nice and available host. For us who come 2-3 times in Follonica, it will be a fixed stop

"The four of us stayed for a week in Antonella's beautiful apartment equipped with every comfort. New kitchen and very well-stocked with all the utensils. Microwave, washing machine, 3 air conditioners, wi-fi etc. made us feel at home. The two independent bedrooms, each with its OWN full bathroom combined with a huge living room with a sofa bed and television made our stay fantastic. It is true that the bathroom in the attic was not very high but it did not pose any problem. The use of the garage and the presence of a supermarket 50 meters away are priceless. It is strategically located for visiting the beautiful and varied beaches of the island (the two of Porto Azzurro are small) and in the evening we reached the lively center with a 5-minute walk. Antonella always available and caring, was an excellent host. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended"
