You’ll love it for its outdoor areas with plenty of spaces for relaxing, the outdoor kitchen, the sun-lounging area, and the hot tub, all for the exclusive use of the apartment’s guests, as well as for the view of Fetovaia Bay, which you can enjoy in complete tranquility. In addition, the house is furnished with care and equipped with every comfort. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).

The centre of the village is in walking distance while a 1min path in the woods will get you under your umbrella by the sea! On Padulella there is also a private access and a shelter for seaside stuffs. Panoramic terrace with sea view and balcony; table tennis;private parking. In the range of 1 km there is the town center of Portoferraio with bars and restsursnt.Portoferraio is the biggest town of the island. We prefere rent for 7 nights(whole week) to families or couple over 25.

La Casa al Mare, in Cavo d'Elba

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, consists of an open space with a terrace overlooking the waterfront, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, is located on the second floor and has a separate entrance. Built about a century ago as an annex of the nearby "castle" and for this reason called "Casa al mare" (House by the sea). The renovation and furnishing were completed in August 2021 and focused on pleasantness, comfort, ease of use, energy saving and environmental sustainability
