House vacation rentals in Portoferraio

We stayed (4 adults, 3 children and 1 infant) the last week of August at Angela and Marco's house. Right away they welcomed us with a smile and their fantastic dogs that our children cuddled and adored. They are attentive and caring owners and were able to advise us impeccably on beaches, restaurants, supermarkets... They proved to be very patient with our children despite the liveliness of the little ones. Simone thanks Marco for the unforgettable mountain biking experience. The house is spacious, very clean, fragrant, well divided, in an excellent location and equipped with every comfort even for families with babies as in our case (there is a bathtub, crib, diaper changer, high chair). The barbecue area and swimming pool, available to guests, are a plus that make this house perfect. Warm greetings also to Grandma Lorena. Having traveled to quite a few places I can honestly say this was one of the nicest accommodations I've ever stayed at. Very quiet and relaxing place, very friendly host, we had a perfect time.

Villa Messina I would rename it sunsets.. we spent in this luxurious house for a week and every night we were able to admire spectacular sunsets, the house is abundant with a very large living room, double bedroom and a spacious bathroom. Private pool with spectacular sea views.. we had a good time, very quiet and quiet , just outside Capoliveri away from traffic but convenient starting point to visit the entire island. David was very helpful and made us find the baby bed as we requested. 5 stars + . I hope we'll be back someday.

Great location and outdoor space! We especially liked the pool, the view, that there were several seating groups and the proximity to the city center. 10/10 Indoors it was ok, so for us it was the outdoor area that made the holiday brilliant! We would gladly came back.

The apartment is nicely located, overlooking the sea! There are also several pools in the complex, but they are only accessible from June 1st, was no problem...we went to the sea. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials, you can prepare small meals well.

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

We felt extremely comfortable with Italo and Simona. We were welcomed by Italo on the first day with homemade pizza, which we greatly appreciated - especially after the long trip with child this was very pleasant. He also had already provided us with his own olive oil and wine from the winery. In addition, he and Simona kept bringing eggs during the whole stay and there were even gifts for our 3-year-old daughter at Easter. The two are really very accommodating, nice and very lovely - we enjoyed the time with them incredibly. They were also always available if we had any questions or anything else. Our daughter was still allowed to borrow some stuffed animals and she had a huge joy in the cats and horses who lived in the vineyards and roamed the garden from time to time. The house was very nice, super clean and very well maintained. The kitchen had a huge stove and was very well equipped. Glad to come back!

We stayed in the house for less than two weeks and were super satisfied. It is very generous, both inside and outside. The amenities offer everything you need. By car you can quickly get everywhere and you can also walk to Procchio. Hope to come again. Berith was always quickly available for questions and was friendly. We can warmly recommend the house.

We stayed three nights at Francesco's place and felt very comfortable. There were initial "starting difficulties," but they were quickly resolved with Francesco's help. He was really very helpful and always immediately available. Thank you for everything! Should we be back on Elba, that would be our first address! 😀

We read all the reviews prior to our booking and they all describe the place perfectly. The location is just perfect and we had a wonderful time! Best sunsets ever, wild beach on walking distance, peace and tranquility.. what else do you need?

We spent beautiful days on Elba as a family. The children could play in the garden, the beautiful sandy beach was within walking distance. We were alone in the cottage, it was quiet and has everything you need. I particularly highlight the very good communication before and during the stay with the owners and Ivana. Ivana lives in Elba and takes care of everything on site. She is adorable and always very friendly and helpful! Thank you again!

A very nice apartment. Beach is a few minutes' walk away and we could explore the island from here. We enjoyed the time with Tania very much.

We stayed here for a week at the end of September - a nice time to vacation here. The apartment is in the middle of the village and still really quiet in the small picturesque side street. The rooms are spacious and very tastefully decorated - one bedroom and the kitchen with small balcony overlooking the sea over the rooftops. Everything we needed was there. Bed sheets and towels were provided at our request at extra cost. Since we arrived late, Luca even got us some small purchases by arrangement! The communication was excellent with translation and very friendly - I always got an answer to my questions very quickly. The personal contact was also very pleasant! We certainly want to stay in Capoliveri again and certainly again in this apartment!

We had a very nice time in the very well furnished apartment. The location is stunning, right by the sea/stand and if you get up early enough you enjoy a wonderful sunrise. Letizia was always available and provided immediate relief if needed. Thank you

We spent 15 days in Alessandro's apartment, it was a beautiful holiday, the village is very typical and perfectly matched our expectations. Alessandro gave us all the information as well as the good addresses, there are 3 restaurants in the village which are very good . The apartment is very well located in the village (30 seconds for morning coffee as well as the bakery) kitchen , bedrooms, clean and spacious bathroom. 20 minutes from turquoise beaches we'll definitely go back next time, And little cherry on the cake , on the last day we attended a small concert in the village square where Alessandro was at the guitar;) i'd recommend it.

Had a fantastic time on Elba. Beautiful apartment in a quiet location. Via a staircase, you can be directly on the beach within a minute. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The cottage has an awning, ideal for creating shade. Communication with Paola is great: she responds quickly and is very friendly. Recommended; go out for dinner in Capoliveri or Porto Azzurro. Both places are within 15 minutes by car.

A charming two-story property that is quietly located close to the marina and 15 minutes walk to the ferry port and bus station. Not far is a small bakery that we highly recommend. The nearest supermarket is at the bus station, which should be logistically connected on excursions, but goes all the apartments that are in the city center:) Linda is very reliable, helpful and friendly, we could easily clarify everything via app or messenger.

Our second stay in Roberto's apartment: comfortable, very clean, in the historic center of Portoferraio. Lots of restaurants and bars literally steps away. Roberto was a great host: clear and simple instructions, even giving us the opportunity to check in and out beyond the published times. We will definitely try to return to your apartment next time in Portoferraio

You have beautiful views from the apartment! Sea views, sunsets, view of Corsica... The kitchen is well equipped. Although the landlords live right next door, you always had your privacy and they are very friendly. perfect if you want a lot of nature and tranquility and to explore the west of Elba...

For us it was a wonderful stay, we found a clean, tidy house, which was not missing anything to have a wonderful vacation, we almost felt like we were at home! Friendly, helpful and kind hosts!! We'll definitely be back!!

We had a good time. Nadia offers excellent service. If you have any questions, you will get a quick response. The house is equipped with everything needed in everyday life and for cooking. The garden is fantastic. Showers in the garden in the sun and in the rain. Fresh figs from the tree and herbs for cooking. A small beautiful paradise highly recommended. We can't fault anything at all and would leave any time.
