The accommodation was very cozy and clean. The host was always available and very friendly. The village is currently perfect for people who do not want to go to tourist hotspots and are looking for something quieter. It was also great that there were no mosquitoes!

Very very clean, spacious apartment, linens available, very well-equipped. The apartment is in a very good location close to the city center. Quiet and peaceful environment, no disturbance. Effective communication. I highly recommend this listing. We'll be back without a doubt!

what a stunning place! we arrived with our two daughters (10&12) and had a great time from start to finish. The apartment worked perfectly for us and was super clean, walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. The beach is fantastic with a nice shallow sea. Parking isn't available at the property however you'll find free parking just a 10 minute walk away. Going to miss sitting on the terrace having a coffee in the morning with such a stunning view! Hope to be back one day, thanks again Donatella!

Super accommodation directly at the Tallinucci campsite, behind the small shop. Since we wanted to meet friends who were at the campsite with the VW bus, that was perfect for us. The children (3.5 years) could independently move from the VW bus to the apartment and vice versa. The parking lot is right in front of the apartment and the entrance and exit was also possible during noon and afternoon access to the campsite was closed. Unfortunately, our stay was far too short because we had to leave early. Francoise was very friendly and accommodating in particular regarding our early departure. The response times were very short and she was quickly on site. We'd be happy to come back another time.

The house is very nice and welcoming, as you can see from the photographs. Located in the center of Piombino and a few minutes by car from wonderful beaches. The managers are friendly and helpful. The house is highly recommended!

Giulia's apartment is very nice and very centrally located in the harbor, so you have it in Portoferraio not far from the ferry to the apartment. I felt very comfortable and Giulia was quick to respond to questions. Self check-in and self check-out is very simple. Very friendly communication, great location of the apartment to explore the island from there (if you don't have a car, you can borrow one on site - there are different providers here). I would book Giulia's apartment again anytime:-) Thank you:-)

We had a good time in Barbara's apartment, clean, tidy and functional (the air conditioning is a super welcome plus). Barbara is always a helpful and friendly host. The apartment is behind the waterfront, with many amenities and comforts and the beaches to have a nice swim, if you don't want to always move around by car.

A week-long vacation with dad and family, convenient location downtown and close to the beach. Nearby places and markets did not require the use of the car, added value of the parking space and the proximity to the apartment of the same. Alessandro is friendly and available for any need. Highly recommended host.

A small corner of relaxation and tranquility just a few steps from the beautiful and quiet beach of Nisportino. Ideal for those looking for relaxation surrounded by nature. Umberto is really a very helpful and friendly person, always ready to give advice on places and activities available on Elba. A generous person, Umberto is sociable with both the adults and the little ones, he knows how to transmit a lot of information about the plants and animals that populate the area without forgetting the historical part. The apartment enjoys a spectacular view and breathtaking sunsets in the silence of the evening, super clean and equipped with every comfort. Those looking for peace, tranquility and nature cannot miss this little pearl! Absolutely recommended!

Had a fantastic time on Elba. Beautiful apartment in a quiet location. Via a staircase, you can be directly on the beach within a minute. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The cottage has an awning, ideal for creating shade. Communication with Paola is great: she responds quickly and is very friendly. Recommended; go out for dinner in Capoliveri or Porto Azzurro. Both places are within 15 minutes by car.

Understandable and welcome for us: the price is for the location. For us, too much luxury would put it in the shade. A few renovations, especially the furnishings of a cozy corner, where you can get together and sometimes cuddly, would still not hurt. We had a very good time either way and thoroughly enjoyed the nature encounters, the view, the starry sky, the sea and last but not least the away from crowded beaches.

A wonderful house with beautiful outdoor seating. We felt very comfortable. A beautiful view from the sea and quiet location. We can only recommend it.

We've really enjoyed our stay at Casa Mary. It is a lovely quite place with great view. Sebastiano was very helpful and everything went perfectly.

We spent a very pleasant week in the house of Serena and Alessandro, a few steps from the quiet beach of Seccheto. Well-maintained environments, an outdoor space that we made the most of both lunch and dinner despite the heat at the end of July because in shade almost all day! Great outdoor shower (with hot and cold water) used by everyone (including dog!) when returning from the beach. Definitely recommended!

Diana and her family are very quick and friendly to everything, very good service. The apartment is located slightly above the beach on a street, which you hardly hear at all and therefore does not disturb it. The beach is a 1-2-minute walk. The apartment is very well equipped, nothing is missing. We grilled in the garden, which also worked great. We had a nice cat in front of the door or in the garden at all times, which did not bother us, but perhaps worth mentioning with allergies. All in all, a great stay.

We had a great experience with Dario's apartment. We found a very tidy, clean apartment, with everything you need and an excellent standard. Dario and Debora were always available, communication was very simple. A special thank you for how they solved a problem that was not their responsibility. Recommended for anyone who wants to spend time in Follonica.

The host Marta has always been super kind and helpful, even before check-in. The accommodation has recently been restored with modern and quality materials. The location is fantastic: the beach (even the free one) is very close and convenient to reach, and the center is a few minutes' walk along the seafront (Via Italia). Great restaurants in the immediate vicinity and Conad right in front. The only two flaws in my opinion (but I want to clarify that they do not depend on Marta, of course!) were: especially on Friday/Saturday evening, the neighborhood is a bit noisy for rowdy kids and roaring scooters, also because unfortunately exactly in front of the accommodation there is a porch that makes voices and noises echo, but luckily Marta has equipped the accommodation with windows that, if closed, allow excellent sound insulation; the building is a bit old, certainly not up to the apartment. Overall we were very satisfied with the stay!

We stayed in the apartment for a week as a family with two children at the end of September and enjoyed our stay very much! The apartment is very centrally located, with a beautiful view of the harbor and the piazza. The piazza is busy, but the windows are new and close well. In addition, one of the bedrooms goes to the back on a quieter alley. The apartment is extremely spacious and stylish and practically furnished. The beds are very comfortable and everything is available, especially the kitchen is very well equipped. Thank you for the nice stay!

Daniele's house is really a gem, very clean, with all the comforts, including dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker and much more. It was like being at home! The location of the apartment is ideal, within walking distance of the center, but in a quiet area where there is no confusion and parking is easy. Daniele was very kind and advised us what to visit, an exquisite person! We'll be happy to come back.

Blown away, we will be back many times

A group of 6 guys stayed at the house for three nights and four days. The house was clean, with everything you need both in terms of sheets and towels, and for the kitchen, which is very well stocked. Comfortable beds in all rooms and two clean bathrooms with large showers. The area is great as it is a 10-minute drive from the center of Marciana Marina and also has private access to a beach that can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The outdoor garden area allows you to dine or lunch outside under the gazebo, with a truly priceless view of the sea. Very positive experience that we hope to repeat in the future, thanks also to the kindness and availability of the host. Amazing value for money.

Located 3 minutes from the sea, a short walk from downtown and in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We made a nice and available host. For us who come 2-3 times in Follonica, it will be a fixed stop
