Vacation rentals in Porto Santo Stefano

La casa molto bella, ben pulita e accogliente; posizione comoda per raggiungere il mare anche a piedi, a 15 minuti a piedi dal porto di Santo Stefano e a 10 minuti da una spiaggia per cani (con sassi), comoda per chi come noi ha un cucciolo; speriamo di tornare a trovare Marisa presto;

La casa perfetta! Perché? Bellezza della natura e del panorama, posizione strategica, privacy, servizi esterni ed interni, pulizia, dotazioni della cucina (incluso barbecue), disponibilità, gentilezza di Annamaria e Marcello. Tutto superiore alle aspettative e migliore rispetto alle foto. La casa è cosi accogliente che potresti starci giorni senza uscirne. Noi siamo golfisti e abbiamo apprezzato la vicinanza al golf dell’Argentario. Abbiamo anche approfittato dei preziosi suggerimenti di Annamaria riguardo a spiagge, ristoranti e giro in barca con Paolo, amabile marinaio con cui abbiamo visto spiagge altrimenti irraggiungibili e fatto bagni indimenticabili in alto mare. Insomma 10 giorni meravigliosi, una vacanza di assoluto relax circondati dalla bellezza della natura. Non perdetevi questa opportunità.

Il soggiorno è stato piacevole dall'inizio alla fine. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima, sempre disposta a dare informazioni e/o consigli. L'abitazione è risultata ancora più bella rispetto alla descrizione e alle foto. Il garage é risultato davvero importante, dato il periodo d'alta stagione. La pulizia era impeccabile, lavatrice e lavastoviglie sono state molto utili, così come il fornetto per scaldare velocemente cornetti o focacce. C'era un'ampia scelta di stoviglie/pentole/posate. L'aria condizionata in tutti gli ambienti (a parte i servizi) è stata preziosa con il caldo torrido di quest'anno. L'arredamento, molto curato, ha dato subito l'impressione di essere a casa e non di passaggio. La vista spettacolare dalle vetrate del soggiorno e della camera, unitamente ai due terrazzi con tavolo, sedie e lettini è stata un valore aggiunto significativo. Sicuramente torneremo. Andre is a fantastic human being. Always helpful as we had some misfortunes during our trip to Italy really making an effort so that we can enjoy the most of our vacation. Tue house is beautiful, with a window that makes you feel at a boat, with amazing sea view. The location is very central - was perfect for us to stay with our baby and enjoy Porto Stefano’s restaurants, cafes and stores, all at walking distance. Would love to return!

Eines der schönstens AirBnBs, welches wir je besucht haben! Alessandro ist sehr freundlich und hat uns tolle tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben. Man hat einen tollen Garten mit fantastischer Aussicht! Für Menschen, die einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub machen wollen, die perfekte Unterkunft. Kann das AirBnB von ganzem Herzen empfehlen.

Die Kommunikation vor unserer Anreise war sehr gut, die Gastgeberin hat sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und sich selbst auch proaktiv bei uns gemeldet. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und durften sogar 1h früher einchecken. Uns wurde alles in und um das Haus gezeigt. Das Haus und der Garten + Pool waren sehr sauber. Die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern waren wichtig und haben auch gut funktioniert. In der Küche findet man alles was man benötigt. Der Garten ist schön groß und top gepflegt. Auch der große Pool mit dem wunderschönen Ausblick hat uns begeistert. Die Gastgeber, die ca. 50m neben an wohnen, haben sich jeden morgen um den Pool gekümmert und geprüft ob dort alles okay ist. Die Anfahrt war auch relativ einfach. Ca. 30 Minuten Autofahrt zum Haus gibt es einen großen Coop Supermarkt, wo wir einkaufen waren. Das Meer ist auch nur 30 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und haben unseren Urlaub als 6 Personen Gruppe voll genossen!

This was one of the best Airbnb's I've stayed in! Not only was the apartment perfect for what we needed, but Marco was responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. He's thought of everything his guests need - from the moment they book to when they leave. The apartment was pristine and had kind touches that made our stay even more enjoyable (such as seasonings and delicious olive oil). Thank you for the great experience, Marco!
