Our stay (my and my partner's) was very positive, much of the credit was the host Marco. Very kind person, very helpful and always oriented to the well-being of his guests, he made us feel at home. The place is also very convenient to access Feniglia beach, thanks also to the use of bicycles made available by Marco. Great experience, considering this was the first year Marco started hosting guests through airbnb, things are sure they can only improve! 5 stars :)

Independent apartment, very clean, spacious, equipped with all the amenities and with a large terrace where you can have breakfast, sunbathe and admire the view. Nestled in the fields, the place is quiet and calm, a great refuge for visiting the beautiful surroundings. Very, very kind and helpful hosts, full of care and advice. Super-recommended address!!

5 stars – A Dream Stay in Tuscany! We had the most incredible experience staying at this beautiful accommodation in Tuscany. The location was absolutely stunning—surrounded by breathtaking views, peaceful countryside, and just a short drive to charming villages and vineyards. The host was perfect—so warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout the entire stay. Every detail was thought through, and they made sure we felt completely at home from the moment we arrived. It truly felt like a slice of paradise, and I would go back in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the magic of Tuscany!

Very private and lovely little house located in an olive grove.

What a fabulous place - if you want to escape from it all, this is the place to come! Love the private pool too! Air conditioning in the bedroom was very good and appreciated. Olga and Max were very accommodating and answered questions very quickly. Maybe consider installing a BBQ outside the house otherwise could not fault it and we cannot wait to return!

Massimiliano's accommodation is located in a truly beautiful space, you will feel out of everything surrounded by hammocks, cows and with a spectacular pool. Massimiliano is a very attentive host and I highly recommend staying here

Ilaria was always there for us, the place was incredible and it is soooo nice to have a pool for when you come back from the surrounding places of the Airbnb. it seems that there is a sort of petting zoo next door and there are some weird animal noises in the night. All in all it is a fantastic place, peaceful, and central to many attractions of Maremma and the Tuscan region.

Bright and cozy house exactly as shown in the photographs and description. Functional kitchen and spacious and well-disposed spaces. Clean and modern bathrooms. Terrace with sea view and fantastic views at every hour of the day and night, we were mesmerized! Quiet and relaxing setting within the Cala Moresca consortium that we already knew but was able to amaze us again with the well-kept and very clean common spaces for the amazing pool set in the rocks with an attached descent to the crystal clear sea. Top! Finally, a delightful and very helpful owner who made us feel at home. Absolutely repeatable.

My husband and I stayed two nights in the Chestnut Dryer of the Podere di Maggio. What can I say? A real paradise: nestled in a wonderful valley with Mount Amiata in front of it and the beautiful medieval village of Santa Fiora. We could not ask for more: wonderful structure, well cared for, in detail, priceless peace. The hosts were great, hospitable, and really made us feel at home. In short, everything is perfect, nothing is missing, of course you have to love bucolic life like us ! The only downside? Two nights were too short and we'll definitely be back . What can I say, staying at the bridge apartment with Fabrizio was a wonderful vacation: clean house, with a breathtaking view and a beautiful pool. Fabrizio is a very kind host. Francesco was super helpful, he picked us up at the port and took us back, and was no less flexible at check-out since we had the ship in the afternoon. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

We loved our stay here! We traveled with our 2 children and they absolutely loe grounds and especially watching the farming being done. It is such a charming spot and close to plenty of towns with plenty to do!

We stayed at Casa del Fico in April 2025. The house is very nice, clean and well maintained, located in the silence of the countryside behind Marina di Pescia Romana, with numerous beds available. In addition to the dining room on the ground floor, there is also one in the basement, both with long tables that allow lunches and dinners even for large groups (there were 9 of us). In the beautiful garden there is a swimming pool and a gazebo with another large table that allows you to eat outdoors, preferably under the stars, which are clearly visible given the low light pollution in the area (especially for those who live in the city). There are numerous places to visit in the area: Saturnia, Tarquinia, the archaeological park of Vulci, Viterbo, Lake Bolsena, the Maremma, just to name a few, as well as the sea, of course. The owner is very kind and helpful. We can only recommend the Casa del Fico to anyone planning a vacation in these beautiful areas.

The house is very nice, well cleaned and cozy; convenient location to reach the sea even on foot, a 15-minute walk from the port of Santo Stefano and 10 minutes from a beach for dogs (with stones), convenient for those like us who have a puppy; we hope to return to visit Marisa soon;

Perfect. As advertised and in the photos. Very convenient for Le Cannelle beach (the apartment has a beach exit). Note: there is no reserved car parking, but during the period we were there (June 1st) the beach parking was always available. Michelangelo and Eleonora are super helpful for everything. Highly recommended

Good location close to the city. Convenient parking and public charging for EVs nearby. Also close to several beaches to explore by car or bike.

We found a little oasis at Martina's! The time on La Retomada was unique and really beautiful. We felt very comfortable with Martina, she provided us with everything we needed and gave us valuable tips for exploring the area. Thanks to her, we visited many organic producers and enjoyed the sun on the most beautiful beaches. The farewell came way too soon, but we'll definitely be back!

Great place with a fantastic host! We stayed four night with our 3y old son and had a great timein the area. Please listen to Elena’s instruction and get an appropriate car because of the house location but do t worry it is OK to get here.

Family vacation (4 pers.) at the end of August 2024: Wonderful location, very quiet and private. Exceptional is the large property where you can find a nice, shaded place to rest and enjoy at any time of the day! The bay below the house is very popular, but you can easily go there in the morning and evening if you want to escape the hustle and bustle. The furnishings of the house are sometimes a little older but functionally fine. The communication with Isabella worked flawlessly, and she took care of minor issues right away. The journey is via a quite narrow, winding access road - no problem with careful driving, but of course it takes some time for you to arrive in the next place (shopping, eating out). The house is very well suited for a family with 3-4 children, for 2 families the division of beds/ rooms is rather unfavorable. Absolutely recommended to anyone who loves privacy and nature! Thanks Isabella! It was beautiful.

Nice apartment with large terrace, amazing view. Terrace with awnings, very enjoyable. Quiet house. Porto Santo Stefano with shops, bars and restaurants can be reached in 5 minutes via the staircase.

MARCELLO's house is a small refuge where the tranquility, silence and music of nature make it the master, the spectacle of the evening view is wonderful and if you want a little life the village is 10' by car. You can reach the sea on foot, of course putting some energy on us to face the 400m path between up and down, but still quite easy. Mosquitoes are a bit to be hoarded, but there are tools. For us it is always a return... home, thank you Marcello
