The stay was enjoyable from start to finish. The owner was very kind, always willing to give information and/or advice. The house was even more beautiful than the description and photos. The garage was really important given the high season. The cleanliness was impeccable, the washing machine and dishwasher were very useful, as were the oven to quickly heat croissants or focaccia. There was a wide range of dishes/pots/cutlery. The air conditioning in all rooms (apart from the amenities) was valuable in the scorching heat of thisyear. The decor, very well cared for, immediately gave the impression of being at home and not passing through. The spectacular view from the windows of the living room and the room, along with the two terraces with a table, chairs, and sun loungers was a significant added value. We will definitely be back. Thanks for the great experience.

Impeccable stay in a charming setting. The "Conchiglia d'Argento" apartment turned out to be even better than the photos suggested: attention to detail, cozy enough to make us feel at home, equipped with every comfort and perfectly inserted in the evocative scenery of Monte Argentario. The outdoor terrace, private and pleasant, was our peaceful corner: ideal for slow breakfasts or aperitifs at sunset. A special applause to Elena, the co-host: discreet but constant presence, helpful, friendly and attentive. A true hospitality professional, with a human touch that makes all the difference. The location of the apartment is strategic: quiet but well connected, perfect for exploring the area and enjoying the sea, nature, and villages. An experience to remember, and - without a doubt - to repeat.
