Argentario: overlooking the sea/establishment access

Although it is a house of about 140 square meters you will feel like living a holiday on a comfortable boat , you can dine on the beautiful terrace with the sun setting behind the island of Giglio or the Island of Elba depending on the season. Great for a family with 3 kids and maybe grandparents and a service person. With L rent you will have access to the private beach that can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, the same as the Hotel della Torre di Calapiccola. Magnificent even out of season with the fireplace lit.

One bedroom, ground floor of our villino on the bay of small village Pozzarello. independent entrance with some shared outside areas. on the BEACH but on the road too, so do expect some car noise in season, access the beach by a private underpass in 30 seconds- never needing to cross the road great for family. Lovely & cool in summer with aircon. fenced in outdoor space. Parking included and right outside the house gate. Park and then walk or bike for the rest of your stay in the area.

Nice apartment with large outdoor spaces to best experience your summer vacation. A stone's throw from the sea and out of the country traffic and can also be reached on foot with a few minutes walk from below the three cool pedestrian galleries. Between one gallery and the other you will discover small but wonderful pebble beaches with crystal clear sea, some free others equipped. At the exit of the last gallery you will be a short walk from the boarding to the nearby islands
