Vacation rentals with a pool in Porto Santo Stefano

Sono stata a Castiglione della Pescaia una settimana con la mia famiglia e il mio cane. Mi sono trovata veramente bene nell'alloggio di Flavia , pulitissimo , molto bella la posizione e il giardino ben curato. devo dire che è il posto ideale per rilassarsi e godersi la tranquillità di una vacanza.

Das Ferienhaus ist fantastisch, wir haben uns von den ersten Sekunden in das Haus verliebt. Das Haus ist perfekt und mit viel Liebe zum Design eingerichtet. Der Garten und die Anlage sind traumhaft und das Frühstück im Garten mit dem traumhaften Blick bleibt unvergesslich. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, uns hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben jeden Abend den Kamin genutzt, und jeden Morgen unserem Cappuccino in der Sonnenliegen genossen. Holger ist ein exzellenter Gastgeber, die Kommunikation funktionierte einwandfrei und er bereitete uns vor der Anreise mit wichtigen Tipps. Enrico, ist ein exzellenter Concierge und hat sich viel Zeit für uns genommen. Wir hatten das Privileg , die Kochkünste von Enrico Exklusiv auszukosten, echte toskanische Köstlichkeiten (alles aus der Region km 0) zu genießen. Angela hat uns mit Ihrer exzellente und freundliche Gastgeberkünste bedient, und hinter jedem Gang und Teller eine kleine Geschichte erzählt. Wir sind mit schweren Herzen weggefahren! Grazie!

A gem of a place. Beautiful gardens and views. Villa was perfect- clean, beautiful, well furnished (baby grand piano, should you play). Claudio was very helpful on arrival, and was very responsive with any questions etc. some good local restaurants and of course exquisite wine. Beware the roads are not great, ideally need a car with good suspension! But a simply beautiful place.

You will be hard pressed to find a better host! Alessandro has been a perfect host for us, always very willing to inform and give tips and recommendations. He responds immediately, so you can be sure to not be stranded waiting for assistance or answers. We stayed for one week at their family place in Monte Argentario, with the most beautiful view from the balcony. The place is a bit worn down, but we felt at home and enjoyed our stay to the fullest. We give Alessandro our highest recommendations, and would not hesitate to choose him again.

Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf bij Maria Teresa. De tuin is echt fantastisch en mooi onderhouden. Je kan er op verschillende plekjes zitten, er is zelfs een buitenkeuken met ijskast ,vriezer en gasfornhuis. Het zwembad is superschoon en wordt elke ochtend schoon gemaakt. Het huis zelf is ook heel fijn, koel en van alle gemakken voorzien. De omgeving is zeer rustig en voor natuurliefhebbers genoeg wild te spotten op 2 minuten lopen. Wij hebben herten, zwijnen, vossen en zelfs een wolf gespot. echt geweldig! Het bordje poolside paradise staat er niet voor niks, het is echt een paradise! We raden het zeker aan en als wij weer in de buurt zijn komen we zeker terug! Maria Teresa hartelijk dank voor alles!

The garden and sorroundings are so nice and pretty. The appartment is well equipt. Alessandro is a very good host. Orbetello is such a perfect place to run, walk or go to the beach. The small city has restaurants, shops and bars. Easy to travel by car to Pisa, Firenze and Rome. 1hr30 to Rome and 2hr to Firenze. 6hr to Venice (via Firenze). I would love to come back. I stayed for 1 month to work and train for the Marathon in Venice (42K).

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Lucas Ferienhaus. Zwei Wochen in der typisch toskanischen Idylle mit mehr oder weniger privatem Pool halfen uns die Batterien wieder aufzuladen. Neben den ausgedehnten Pooltagen durfte auch das sightseeing nicht zu kurz kommen. Es gibt viele einzigartige Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Allerdings ist ein Auto unabdingbar. Zu den meisten Locations braucht man ca. 1h. Luca war ein toller Gastgeber und dazu ein wirklich angenehmer Typ, der alles dafür tat, dass wir in unserem Urlaub eine gute Zeit hatten. Er kennt sich bestens in der Gegend aus und konnte uns eine Vielzahl Empfehlungen für fantastische Tagesausflüge geben. Was wir noch erwähnen möchten ist die Sauberkeit. Das Haus war wirklich top gepflegt. Selbst die Messer waren einigermaßen scharf 🙌 😅 Wir haben uns bei Luca sehr wohl gefühlt und können einen Aufenthalt bei ihm nur wärmstens empfehlen. Eine wirklich super schöne Unterkunft! Edoardo war immer zu erreichen. Super netter Kontakt, leicht übers Handy zu erreichen und hat viele Tipps, wenn man Anregung brauchte☺️ Das Anwesen ist super schön gestaltet. Mit einer großen Gruppe auch genug Platz für alle. Die Außenküche und der Pool waren unser Highlight. Strand ist in Fuß Nähe. Alles lief reibungslos und ohne Probleme. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich würde es immer wieder buchen.

L'appartamento era essenziale ma molto carino. Spazi della grandezza adeguata. Molto silenzio e tranquillità. Il Relais è a 10 minuti di auto dalle Terme di Saturnia e a 2 minuti dal paesino più vicino.

María's place us truly amazing! The place is so peaceful and the views just take your breath away. It is the perfect get away for couples looking for peace and quiet sorrounded by beautiful nature. We loved how Eddie (the dog) welcomed us from the moment we stepped out of our vehicle. María was so friendly and always available. The room was spacious, rustic, beautiful and just as described. We loved everything about this place and will love to come back! A little piece of heaven in Italy.

Giulia was a wonderful host. She greeted us in person and even gave us some honey as a thank you. Very accommodating host! Great recommendations for activities and restaurants!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in dem Apartment Mirto. Es wurde an alles gedacht, wir wurden herzlich empfangen, es gab eine riesige Obstschale und Wein. Die Ausstattung war vor Allem für Familien toll. Selbst ein Wäschekorb war da. Das Außengelände war unbeschreiblich schön. So viel Platz. So viel Natur. Diese Ruhe. Himmlisch. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Es sind ausreichend Schränke vorhanden. Die Einrichtung aller Zimmer ist unglaublich geschmackvoll. Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit ♥️ Wir empfehlen einen Ausflug in das zauberhafte Bergdorf Pitigliano, ca. 1 Stunde entfernt.

Soggiornare da Piero è stata una fantastica esperienza, lui e sua moglie sono stati estremamente disponibili e attenti ai nostri bisogni. Ci hanno accolto con alcuni prodotti per colazione e la casa era fornita di prodotti basici quali sale caffè zucchero etc..Ottimi i consigli sui ristoranti. Gli spazi esterni adeguati e ampi con ogni fornitura possibile, gli interni freschi e con zanzariere sulle finestre. Di fronte a casa c’è una azienda vinicola con ottimo vino e negozietto con anche prodotti freschi e basici. Consigliamo assolutamente di venire a soggiornare qui, speriamo di poter tornare.

Abbiamo trascorso con la mia famiglia tre giorni nell’appartamento di Francesca Romana. Il luogo incantevole ci ha accolti in modo davvero confortevole e familiare. La proprietà si trova dentro l’azienda vinicola di famiglia e per noi amanti del vino (io sono una private chef e mio marito e mia zia sono sommelier) è stata veramente una piacevole sorpresa renderci conto di poter dormire proprio nello stesso luogo dove vengono imbottigliati i vini dell’azienda (e ovviamente poterli degustare!). Una nota di merito in più va alla pulizia e all’ambiente dell’appartamento molto confortevole, c’è tutto ciò di cui uno ha bisogno. I letti sono fantasticamente comodi!!! Torneremo sicuramente!!

Casa luminosa e accogliente esattamente come da fotografie e descrizione. Cucina funzionale e spazi ampi e ben disposti. Bagni puliti e moderni. Terrazza con vista mare e panorami fantastici ad ogni ora del giorno e della notte, ne eravamo ipnotizzati! Contesto tranquillo e rilassante all'interno del consorzio Cala Moresca che conoscevamo già ma che ha saputo stupirci di nuovo per gli spazi comuni curatissimi e pulitissimi per la strepitosa piscina incastonata nelle rocce con annessa discesa al mare cristallino. Top! Per finire proprietaria deliziosa e molto disponibile che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Assolutamente da ripetere.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in una delle casette del granaio. La struttura è immersa nella campagna della Maremma dove regnano la pace e i suoni della natura. A pochi minuti di distanza negozi di verdura, prodotti tipici e supermercati. Le spiaggia vicine sono comodamente raggiungibili in pochi minuti di auto e adatte alle famiglie. Gli host ci hanno consigliato spiagge, ristoranti e attività da fare nei pressi della struttura. La casetta è arredata semplicemente ma tutto è perfettamente funzionante e funzionale, il giardinetto di cui dispone ogni appartamento è delizioso, fresco e pieno di fiori. Per noi è stata una soluzione ideale per poter esplorare la zona e avere la privacy e la tranquillità che cercavamo per le nostre vacanze.

grandioser garten mit riesem pool- sauber fantastische aussicht küche ohne tücher/abwaschutensilien, wenig weingläser zimmer sind riiesig- im oberen stock keine vorhänge und hell ab 5… sehr grosses tuch (riesen fenster) zum einklemmen/verdunkeln hilft ameisenplage

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Unterkunft. Das Haus ist noch um einiges schöner als es sowieso auf den Fotos aussieht. Die Gegend ist auch wunderschön. Es war zudem immer eine Person vor Ort sofort erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit und flexibel. Das Haus war sauber und hatte alles zu bieten. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Very responsive host and listens to your wishes. Beautiful villa, comfortable beds. Enough space to chill individually and enjoy views. Feels very safe. The acoustics inside are good - just keep in mind if you talk loud- everyone in the house hears. Water pressure for showers is not very strong, but that's normal in the area.

il posto è incantevole e tranquillo, abbiamo trovato una casa molto pulita ed il proprietario sempre disponibile e gentile quando lo abbiamo interpellato.

Lovely spot, lovely location, great views, run by a really friendly man who has real pride over the villa he built 20 years ago. Beautiful garden, great pool, lots of pool and garden toys /sports equipment felt like home from home. Only small negative, kitchen was a bit small and indoor space would be if 8 staying. However in summer the outdoor small more than compensates for this. Recommend now following google maps and using villa instructions for getting there instead. Google’s roads around here are not always drivable roads unless you have a 4x4 and take you on very in direct routes adding lots of time to journeys.

Fantastico. Abbiamo soggiornato in 6 persone, sembrava di essere a casa nostra, l’abitazione è incantevole, confortevole, spaziosa e molto ben tenuta, in una posizione tranquilla e perfetta per esplorare la Maremma, dalle fantastiche Terme di Saturnia, al mare, passando per gli incantevoli paesi medioevali. Il giardino con la piscina sono curatissimi, la vista è mozzafiato, oltre alla campagna maremmana con la città di Grosseto, si spazia al mare da Castiglione della Pescaia a tutto il Parco Naturale della Maremma, con l’isola d’Elba sullo sfondo, semplicemente meraviglioso cenare sotto il portico. Per non parlare dei tramonti con il cielo che si tinge dall'arancio al rosso sono stati qualcosa di indimenticabile, abbiamo fatto delle foto fantastiche. Vittorio è stato un host gentile e disponibile, che ci ha fornito preziosi consigli. A lui un nostro ringraziamento speciale. Ritorneremo in qualsiasi momento e possiamo consigliare vivamente l’alloggio.
