Open plan living room with logburner for cosy winter nights. Choice of outdoor seating areas, convenient hot outdoor shower, big, lockable room for bikes/boards with pool table and dart board. Ample parking. Local birdlife includes chough, peregrine, fulmar. Sorry no pets.

Recently built annexe to our old cottage, on the site of an 1850’s copper crusher mining engine. A labour of love with modern decor and an ethnic style. Self-contained with a wood-burner, garden and woods with a fire pit. A true getaway all year round! Perfect for families and small groups. Dogs welcome. Three miles from the A30 so a great base for exploring Cornwall.

Located at the end of a private driveway, this superb detached property presents a tranquil haven. The heart of the home is a open plan living space. The seamless integration of the living, dining, and kitchen areas is a wonderful social space. Boasting four bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite, and each with its own unique view of the surrounding foliage, this really is a wonderful escape. Enjoy a long soak in the wonderful bath in the stunning family bathroom after a day exploring.
