Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.

This is a beloved family holiday home in a sleepy Cornish village on the Lizard, moments from the beach. The house is a coverted Methodist chapel and the first floor is open plan with high ceilings, wonderful light, wood burning stove and sea views. Downstairs you will find three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house is simple, stylish and very easy - it's a great base to explore both the Lizard Peninsula and the Helford River.
