The Carriage House is located in the Princess Place Neighborhood, next to Burnt Mill Creek -a bird watchers paradise. It is 1.5 miles to Downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk and 7 miles to the Beach. I have crafted the Carriage House from reclaimed materials. Enjoy the guest hot tub and fire table. Snowbirds and travel nomads know that Wilmington is wonderful year round!

Located unit at the White Barn compound, the Carriage House will make you wish you could stay longer. This cozy second-floor unit is completely private and comes with everything you need for your weekend getaway or extended stay.
